Well what can i say, yet again we visited the Hays Travel - Wellswood and was welcomed with a lovely smile from a member of staff Taylor, after we explained our request nothing was to much trouble, her expertise in completing our request went very smoothly, Taylor gave us some good advice was very professional, thorough and after completing our holiday request was still in the

They made our holiday booking easy. As an elderly person it is so good to talk to people face to face and not have the anxiety of doing everything online when you are not too computer savvy.
We were very pleased with the arrangements for flights and hotels.
