I found a cruise on the Internet but wanted the security of Hays Travel to deal with it. I've always gone to Hays Travel for my cruises as they are so supportive and only want the best for their clients. Wendy at West Bridgford Hays Travel was so helpful and answered all my queries. She made sure all the assistance paperwork for my friend was done correctly by talking to her personally over the phone. The best travel agency for great service in West Bridgford, Nottingham in my opinion.
Upon entering Hays Travel Agency I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Emma, who dealt with my booking arrangements to Eire in a most helpful efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble.
