Great efficient service from Caroline

Perfectly done
I have not used a travel agent for many years and I'm so glad I went to Hays travel.
It was such an easy and relaxing experience with very friendly helpful staff, it was nice having to look through brochures again rather than searching online for days.
Definitely will be visiting them again for all our future holidays.
