Hays Travel - Weston Super Mare Reviews 

I knew what I wanted before I arrived but was immediately made welcome. Emily took me carefully and efficiently through the options and then booking.

This is my 4th annual visit to Hays to book my holiday and they are always welcoming and helpful.

The reason for 2 stars is this hotel, we think, has not been checked by a Hays travel representative . There was not enough to do around the area, the hotel did not supply, even on all inclusive, morning tea service in the room. We had one cup, three saucers, two knives, two large spoons so we had to go out and buy milk, teabags, coffee and ask for an extra cup . This was difficult as the language difficulty happened on more than one occasion. There was only one lounge, with very loud disco music each night,we weren’t the only ones unhappy with it, there were not enough chairs either. The EasyJet rep was only interested in us if we wanted to go on quad bikes or camel rides, and spoke sooo quickly in her accent it was very difficult to understand her. The food was the same every day, and cold before we even started.Every plate was cold. We couldn’t help the weather, it rained for the first three days but there was nothing to do in the hotel , nor in our apartment, as the tv only had Tunisian programmes and very old films with subtitles. It was cold! It definitely sounded better than it was advertised, we certainly won’t be going back there. To cap it all, we didn’t have anything to eat on the plane coming home, as they didn’t have enough food delivered to the plane! We’re not happy spending that amount of money for 2nd rate service. Compensation would be appreciated.

Zoe was very helpful in helping us book our cruise , she was able to tell us all about the ship as she has been on the ship before, was nice to have that information before hand as never cruised with p@o before ,but have cruised before on another company, well done to zoe and would definitely let my friends and family know how helpful you are .

My sister and I, had ideas of where to go and had the rep certainly doing the work , to help us with an end result . As I’m sure in a lot of cases , we ended up with a holiday that we did not go for at the start , The rep also found flight times we were more then happy with .

Made feel welcome when we entered the shop the assistant Nicole was patient and spent time looking at the options available to meet our requirements and achieved and meet the requirements we will definitely make Hayes our travel agent of choice after being treated by Nicole

Helpful people easy to deal with excellent staff

Staff were very helpful and understanding. I'd booked a holiday with TUI but was let down due to a change in flight departures. I then rebooked the same holiday with Hays and saved a thousand pounds. Well done Hays, keep up the good work!

The adviser was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to our requirements and made helpful sugestions but let us make our own choices.
