The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I having not traveled abroad for a long time now had many questions. I also had quite specific thoughts. The staff address them both and accommodated them.

Karen was very helpful and thorough.As a regular Jet 2 customer I was somewhat disappointed that I did not qualify for any discount on my holiday given that £60 off vouchers are given out on arriving home and the Daily Mail was offering such money off vouchers for entering a competition.Single travellers suffer yet again!
