Elie and Ella at Whitley bay were very helpful in booking our cruise to Norway next year .

Went to hays travel in whitley bay spoke about the needs for a holiday we saw and Gemma was great she helped us with assisted seating which we've never needed until now.
She was very friendly and helpful.

I would not go anywhere else but Hays Travel in Whitley Bay now. We always use Darren the manager with are holiday bookings he goes way beyond and arranges everything for us (just tell him where would like to go and where we would like to stay etc) He is a credit to your company.

Hays Travel staff are always very helpful, checking reviews of hotels and amenities. In our case, Morgan checked with our chosen hotel to find out if there was a room with a shower rather than a bath, also how far the hotel was from places of interest. Nothing was a bother to her and we felt from our past experiences with the branch that they had our best interests at heart. Excellent service, well recommended.

Gemma was excellent at booking our short break to the Isle of Man! Very patient cheerful talked us through the arrangements and cost! Also informed us of an extra trip we could book if required!! She made our trip away sound fantastic! And I’m sure we won’t be disappointed! A throughly professional experience! Never disappoint with Hays Travel and exceptional staff!!!!
