I was advised Air India was very good
I was advised Air India was very good . I told people who I had book with and was told do not use as they have a very bad reputation. On looking at reviews I found no positives. Very disappointed with your staff member, feel like I was miss sold and advised.

And a warm welcome. I briefly explained what i was looking for and straight away Melissa was on the screen showing me options.for my booking. She was very knowledgeable. I left with information to share with friends and we had a couple of queries which i emailed in. I had very swift replies , with more help to enable us to book the holiday. Very friendly and efficient staff. Found the right holiday for me quickly and gave me good advice. As it was a late booking they sorted all my documentation there and then. Overall a positive experience and I would use them again.
