As a wheelchair user its difficult to find a suitable holiday which is as accessible as possible the lady who helped us was brilliant and told us which were not suitable and did not try to sell us something we were unable to do which has happened before with a different travel agent so she was very good!

Nominated HAYs when booking on ship
Booked this cruise while onboard the Azura with P&O and Nominated Hays who we used for the cruise we were on. Its good to have the back up of a good travel agents as they are often more responsive than P&O ands it good to be able to pop in and discuss any queries or concerns. Done the same again this year
