Kelly booked our holiday to Malta in September, I rang spoke to her, told her what we were looking for, sorted the following day .
I went in to the branch while’s in town last week , asked to speak to her , told Kelly what we were looking for , she rang following morning , 3 options .
Kelly gave us time to look at the hotels then booked it for us .

I recently booked a cruise with Nicola at Hays travel, Nicola is helpful, thorough and covers all aspects of your holiday. She goes above & beyond to ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime.
She is a credit to the company, as are all the staff at Hays Wigan, they are all friendly, welcoming & helpful.
Josh is also extremely helpful when arranging currency for your holiday & helped to set up my Hays travel card.

Yet again Hays travel Wigan come up with the goods. In particular Lyndsey who really did go the extra mile to improve on the holiday I had chosen prior to visiting the shop. We ended up with better flight times, 3 extra nights and a reduction in £300 from my starting point. Nothing was too much trouble and at no time did I feel we were being rushed.Many thanks yet again.
