A full and thorough service.
The office manager had taken time to put together the holiday package that we had requested - giving various options to tailor make the trip. When we went into the office he provided clarity for our questions, and that in turn allowed us to make the right decisions on the booking.

Hays travel really helped me when I had to postpone my trip for health reasons. My cruise company were reluctant to allow the rebooking without severe financial penalties, but Hays pressured them to allow the change, free of charge. Thank you Hays.
