Staff very friendly. After explaining what we would like we were guided through the many options. We were under no pressure and felt as ease. All in all a great relaxing experience to the start of a great holiday. Highly recommended

Helpful staff, efficient and very pleasant.
Having previously been in the office I was greeted politely and on both occasions was helped with my selection of brochures. When I returned to book the holiday I was welcomed, my selection of holiday dealt with very efficiently and the options for accommodation and travel explained.
