I had changed the dates of the travel a few times for different reasons but Jasmine was so good at sorting it out.

I don't often use travel agents but jasmine was fantastic when I booked my latest hoilday very happy to explain things to me and she went above and beyond have just booked flight through her again would highly recommend 😊

i was quite overwhelmed by the choice of holiday that you can buy on line so had managed to get nowhere deciding where i wanted to go on holiday. coming in and even just talking to someone helped hone my preferences. Megan was extremely helpful and patient. it was also good to have someone else look at the booking to check that nothing was missed so gave me confidence in making a safe booking. i would definitely return to book future holidays

I used the Witney branch of Hays to book a cruise. When I entered the shop I was immediately greeted by a smiling travel advisor, Emma, who was free to help me. I explained that although I had selected a cruise I had certain requirements for booking the cabin. I obviously anticipated help but not the exceptional level of care and effort that went into ensuring all my asks were considered. I was shown different cabin options in line with my requirements with pros and cons allowing me to make an informed choice. I felt valued and supported giving me a measure of control. All documentation was explained before being handed over. A time table of next steps and communication was detailed with offers of further assistance at any time should I require it to arrange excursions etc on the trip. I'm not a review writer in general but Emma was outstanding. Thank you for all your help.
