Polite and friendly service
I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Nicola. I paid off a holiday and was enquiring to see if a holiday could be price matched. The price was matched and booked with no issues, Nicola was very polite friendly and informative. I have used hays travel for years and will continue to in the future.

Multi centre Italy holiday
Excellent booking experience. My wife and I wanted to arrange a 3 centre custom itinerary in Italy over 3 weeks. We went to our local Hayes, the first time we’ve used them. Paige was helpful and over that morning was able to come up with a practical itinerary including flights and transfers within our budget. Well pleased!

Nothing is too much effort
The female travel agent who we sat with (Nicola), was very helpful and nothing was too much effort despite the numerous questions we asked. We wanted a cruise with children, as this was something we've never done. At first my wife was uneasy but due to the information we was supplied, he worries were soon put to rest and the Caribbean cruise was booked
Will definitely be using them again
