All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We dealt with Gayle and she was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the whole process so easy for us (holiday, airport parking, travel money) and made sure we got the best deal too. Excellent service
Clare from workington branch was very helpful, showed us different options before we settled on where we wanted to go. She has always been very insightful and provided insight for holidays we had booked(not via hays) also the in store currency service and the card is brilliant, very handy!
