This is now the third holiday i have booked through Hays, i have found them to always be helpful and informative. Always there to help with any enquiries

Caitlin was brilliant with us as we’ve never booked to go abroad, she explained the whole process even the silly questions, would definitely return to see her or anybody else they were all polite and checked in when we got there to let us know somebody will be with us shortly

We were dealt with for our preliminary enquiry by Ffion and when a few days later we made our booking by Nicole. It is due to friendliness and efficiency of girls like this that we only book with Hayes.
Even though in this day and age booking direct on the internet is so easy, we try to book at least one holiday a year, when we travel, with your company. If your staff were not so special we would not bother. Keep them all as they are the company. Well done.

I've used Hays travel to book a few holidays and I can't fault them. Friendly staff, and nothing is ever to much trouble.

Holly was extremely quick and efficient. Found exactly what I asked for within minutes. She wasn't pushy at all. I'd been a bit nervous about booking it myself online and she put me at ease straight away. Checked us in and booked our seats too. Really pleased with the service.

I've booked numerous holidays with Hays. Once again they've provided a great service. I knew precisely where and when I wanted to go. All booked within 15 minutes. No doubt I'll be using them again next year.

I called in yesterday as had seen deal on easy jet app. Prefer to use travel agent.
Cslled in and fion was very helpful and even though price was higher did price match.

I have travelled a great deal in my life time and I have to say the young lady Ffion from the Wrexham branch was amazing. So very helpful and went over and above to help me find the right holiday for my disability. Ffion checked and double checked everything was in place for myself and family to enjoy our holiday and our journey without any stress. Thank you Ffion for everything you did for us.
