Hays Travel - Wrexham Reviews 

Had to make changes to the holiday I booked,this was done as if it was a pleasure and not a chore.Have used Hay's Travel a few times lately both at Broughton & Wrexham and the service has been exemplary at both branches.

I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very experienced and were able to filter out a number of holidays that met my criteria. I am very happy with my selection and thought you staff did an excellent job.

Staff were friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Very helpful going through different options/different holidays. Going forward after booking a holiday more options, more help if needed. Very impressed.

A BIG SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU firstly goes to Amy. From the initial visit, my husband was given so much information detail that made the process of selecting our next holiday an easy one. We were provided with email information with various suggestions and when we eventually booked on Friday. As we've booked Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, Amy was extremely helpful thereafter advising us on money; sharing her experience of travelling there and giving us the lowdown thus bringing it all to life and making it all very exciting.
Amy is indeed a credit to Hays Travel, Wrexham and we for sure would not hesitate in booking future holidays with Amy.

We decided that Turkey was our future holiday destination for 2027 . We always book in advance which is always helpful. And the young lady who served us had actually been to Turkey which helped . We were there about an hour and we came away with exactly what we wanted . So thank you all very much at Hays .. and by the way , this is probably our fourth holiday with Hays and they've always been great .

Liz was very helpful and helped us find what will hopefully be a holiday of a lifetime. She listened to what we were hoping for and gave us options to choose from. We could have done it from home ourselves but going into Hays made it all seem part of the holiday experience. Thank you Hays (and Liz especially).

We had a few questions for our upcoming cruise so popped in and was greeted by Liz the branch manager who was very pleasent,polite and professional who quickly sorted us out,10 our of 10 from us.
