100% Happy With Philips Service.
Philip, understood what we wanted and guided us to exactly what we had asked for. He explained the differences in the package we had asked for and the cheaper one available.

I would not hesitate to use Hays Travel. I had spent literally days and hours trying to find the right holiday with location and criteria for our autistic son. It was so stressful. However I walked into Hays travel and the young lady sorted it all out for me. I can now destress and look forward to going away !

I found an offer on a competitor site so called Phil to quickly match and book
Knowing us as customers he was also able to recommend a better hotel location to reduce our walking time
