We were fortunate to discuss our holiday requirements with Julie. As with previous dealings with her she was able to suggest various options to us including some that we had not previously considered.
Having made our choice, she then spent time in fine tuning the end product and, although she was approaching the end of her shift, she was very attentive to our requirements, explaining the advantages, or, otherwise, to our plans in an informative manner irrespective of the time.
