I had so many limitations to my planned trip to see the Aurora Bolearis, but Cara was very patient, helpful and really went the extra mile when I changed my destination due to lack of suitable flights. Great customer service!

All the Staff that work in the York City Centre branch are absolutely amazing, very Professional and very kind and helpful. Especially Molly, Cara, Sofia who helped me and my friends and found us what we needed.

Had a rough idea of what we wanted, popped into Hays Travel in York, and had the expertise of Ruby to help us decide. She was really friendly and so easy to talk to.Found us a fantastic hotel in Benalmadena at a good price, and we got some euros too.! Happy customers, Had a great time.Thank You Ruby.👏

Cara was very friendly, helpful and professional on my two visits to the store. She explained why the flights I had originally selected were not possible and suggested others which I booked.it was all very quick and easy.

It was great because I had every confidence in Ruby who had organised a trip the year before. Ruby is very courteous, efficient, reliable and approachable. She will always go the extra mile to help and make the experience a pleasant one. Excellent.

Sadly not a good experience despite the friendly efforts of the staff to be helpful. There were problems contacting Saga with internet and phone issues. Eventually directed to Titan to book which meant I lost Saga's insurance option. Final issue was my credit card wouldn't connect though was perfectly fine in later transactions elsewhere. I had to pay by bank transfer involving further complications to get permission. I was there for about an hour and a half. The following day I booked a second holiday directly with Saga which was efficiently completed in about 20 minutes. I had decided to visit the travel agent for the face-to-face experience but sadly so many problems.

I booked with a woman xalled Sophie and she was very kind and polite to us. She was very helpful with any questions we had and guided us though the process of payment. I would recommend hays travel in York because they are brilliant staff and happy to help.
