We booked for my wife's special birthday. Zoe P. is amazing, helping us find breaks that meet our (ever-growing) wish-list and being helpful and supportive (even when we moved the goal-post figuring out everything). We always book our trips through Zoe as it saves us time narrowing the search and she always has some excellent tips or alternative suggestions to help us make the most of our holidays.

Zoe was super friendly and very knowledgeable about my desired 1st time Ski trip. Zoe helped me consider my wants and needs, she found a package that suited me in all areas. The trip I booked exceeded my expectations because of the deal Zoe’s was able to offer. Very good agent with heaps of knowledge.

I was helped by Victoria, she was so helpful I can’t wait to book another holiday later in the year. All the girls in the Driffield branch were polite friendly and helpful. Such a easy experience.

Zoe listened to what we had asked for and produced a customised itinerary for a 25 day road trip accross America.
She was quick to respond to us (even during non-working hours because my work schedule made it tricky at times) and had the itinerary perfect within a week.
She shopped around to ensure we got the best flight and car hire deals. She really went above and beyond for us and we are super excited for our road trip accross the USA.
I honestly can not rate this lovely lady enough and have no doubt that she is an absolute asset to the hays travel group! Thankyou so much for making a more complex request, an enjoyable experience for us!

Zoe got the holiday that I wanted and a good price and all done for me. No stress for me she has it all covered. Good not ask for better service all done through a couple phone calls.
