Good stuff please good company

Zoe was professional, honest, thoughtful and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and we feel very confident with the holiday we have chosen to go on ,Zoe explained everything to us.

I booked a holiday to Corfu in may to travel in june ,in the crosby liverpool shop the holiday we wear shown on the shops site looked good and a good deal the silversands hotel spar resort , we paid in full as it was only 2 weeks to the departure date . how ever on arriving to the holiday destination we wear horrified to find that we have been booked in the wrong hotel , we wear booked into the silversands apartment and studios complex not the one we payed for this one was only a 1* not the 4* we paid for the difference was vast not only in price .in fact the price for the silversands studios was £200 a week with flights for room only n cavos . we paid and booked the silver sands hotel and spar resort at £1244 per person half board . following morning i contacted hays travel was tolled basically that's what was book and hard luck get on with it so speak to easy jet see if thy will move you to the right hotel nothing we can do now good by and she put the phone down . i did and got no joy so basically we wear stuck in a hotel that was only £200 a week a massive difference to what we booked and paid for . if it wasn't for Yanni in the studios we might have got the next flight home immediately however it was thanks to him and his family and staff we had a good holiday despite being ripped off by Hayes travel crosby would i book with hays travel Never Again.
would i stay at the silversand studios yes lovley people the saved the holiday.. as for easy jet and Hays Trave never again .ones thy have your money that's it your on your own ,
