The company gave good advice, did not try to up sell for more profit and could not have been easier to deal with. In fact they happily changed my order for me while it was being picked. That's what I call service.

Considering that their products are well thought out; their website works pretty well and has some extraordinarily useful and to the point videos; and their prices are keen it is the real icing on the cake that their customer service is superb. Firstly I received highly valuable online advice and then having ordered around midday I was delighted when all my goods arrived by courier a day later very well packaged and presented. I tested everything prior to my install date and found it all works beautifully. I really couldn't be happier. If I could give 7 stars I would!

First straight forward product which works well I have encountered. Have use 3 different system previously. Proper professional grade kit. So much better than the very limited wireless systems. We have a small holding with big distance between house and camera and this is what you need.

Good company to deal with. We purchased the Smart-i wireless alarm system and apart from a few minor glitches during the installation it all appears to be working well.

Purchased a home alarm kit and additional accessories. The order arrived in quick time. The installing guide was a little basic but the customer service was excellent they solve any issue I had. Outstanding Service - If you are in the market for a CCTV system then look no further. The products are first class but what sets the team at HDCCTV apart is their after sales support and service. Recently added a new camera to my system and had a little coding issue. Short time later i received an update via email, problem solved. The team are approachable, knowledgeable & very experienced. If your not sure what CCTV you need give them a call or visit the showroom and they will give you good honest advice.
