Hoping to hear back from the company, purchased a property surveyed by yourselves, home report stated there was no damp or mould, and that the flat was centrally heated via water filled radiators,however the damp was horrendous within 10 days of being there and the mould has been rife since moving in. Additionally the flat has exactly 1 storage heater that does not work. Very unhappy and looking to take legal action if you cannot sort this privately with me

In the process of purchasing a property surveyed by this company. Based our offer in part on the age of the property and we have now found out that the property was built atleast 15 years prior to the date on the home report. Which is far as I am concerned is false advertising and completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend using these surveyors and if you are purchasing a home who they have surveyed I would recommend you do your own dd!

Used by bank for remortgage.
£80,000 less than market value a reliable estate agent had suggested 2 years prior.
Surveyor said twice he didn’t know how to value the property.
Got mortgage but at a worse rate.
Would never use for a home report if I was selling.

The are not professional on there job the did a survey for bank they under valued the property and I have use anther Surveyer the value more then them I have phone them the lady said no point talking now we have send the valuation to the bank very bad service useless company.

Joe completed a survey at my elderly parents’ property in Dundee this morning. Shortly after he left, mother was straight on the phone to tell me about it saying how professional and polite he was, and that he used to live locally so first hand knowledge of the area.

With so many stories in the media about rogue tradespeople it’s great to know there’s also people like Joe giving such a great service.
