Arrived on time, removed shoes without asking. Did the job efficiently as always. Also explained what they had done.

Excellent Company. Have used a few times for heating problems, boiler services and capping gas when required during a refit.
Good always re confirm the appointment a day or so before. Always turn up when they say and do do a grand job

I would recommend HDS for your plumbing and heating repairs, installation and other services.
Right from when I made contact, an initial appointment was booked.Harry arrived on time, shed light on the variety of boilers from the professionally put together information booklet and this was very helpful in making an informed decision.

The office (Michelle and Jodie) kept me updated and communicated clearly on what the job would entail and when the engineers would arrive.

Harry was honest, professional and exemplary in the work carried out.
As a matter of fact, they made the whole process of replacing our old boiler less stressful which is rare from my experience.

The other members of the team Jamie and Ryan are so polite and customer service oriented and did an excellent job.

HDS also provided us with fan heaters to keep us warm while the work was going on.

HDS made the difference and we are so pleased with the whole experience.

Well done to all at HDS plumbing and heating. You were efficient, friendly and helpful. Your response times were well in line with expectations after I had discovered I'd got a problem with the boiler and central heating. I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Only one slight critisism would be the cost but better to pay a little more for a good job rather than a little less for shoddy job.
