Excellent service from start to finish, all very helpful.

We informed on deliver etc great bed but squeaks a bit now I suspect just needs tightening up. Some screws put in at angle which will need to be taken out and RE fitted. All minor though and would definitely recommend high quality even down to stitching very nice looking bed

Given advance warning of bed delivery; it arrived on time and was assembled in minutes by the two courteous drivers. Bed is very classy-looking. Would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend the product and the Customer Service

I looked around at other wardrobes (include custom made) for the size and features/accessories I wanted and this was the most affordable and perfect solution I could find. The customer service to help me work out details was superb. My only advice is that if you have a sliding door wardrobe, do not put it right into a corner wall - leave a 1 to 2 cm gap from the side wall so you can get your hand around the door frame to pull it open. This issue was resolved with great satisfaction.

I'm really pleased I found head 2 bed, I was particular about what I wanted and they worked with me to come up with exactly the bed I had been after
I then repeated this with bedside cabinets for a second order
Their delivery company is excellent too, putting everything together while they're here and taking the packaging with them

Top quality products and although my original delivery was misinterpreted in terms of size, it was rectified in a quick manner and the appropriate refund provided immediately. My bed is absolutely wonderful and it's a top quality, professionally made product that I am very pleased with.

From start to finish it was a really good experience with Head2Bed, especially as buying furniture online is always a bit of a gamble. Sabrina was quick to respond to any questions (of which I had many!), always keeping in touch, and good size samples of the product (Stylform Selene wardrobes in Sahara glass) were sent out and the quality was evident. The fitting was excellent as they were clean, quick and arrived when stated. There were a couple of minor points with the fitting, but they returned and sorted them quickly. A beautiful product and I subsequently bought a few more matching items. All in all, I would recommend Head2Bed without hesitation.

I'm Very pleased with the looks of my new wardrobe"s they are of very good quality, The fitter Reuben was very quick to install them he done a excellent job. I will be having more rob"s fitted in the near future.

4 star for the brilliant service and great follow up from Sabrina and Tom, also polite and friendly fitters. 1 star off for initial issues experienced and some outstanding furniture fix.

My order was not one of the smoothest one as the initial delivery/fitter did not turn up on the due date. With the investigation, the issue seems lie between supplier and D&I (delivery firm) admin as the full address on the order confirmation was not passed on to the deliver/fitter on the original date of delivery. Giving the factor I have ordered all bedroom set (incl bed, wardrobe & chest draws) and before delivery I would have to sleep on the floor and have all the clothes paced in the suitcase, Sabrina and Tom had great empathy and have followed up and continuously chased delivery admin until I finally got call back, they have helped to push to arrange the re-delivery within 4 days. In this situation, I do feel that both Sabrina and Tom have done the best within their control.

When furniture were delivered and fitted, the fitters on the day were professional and polite. It's large order so it took both fitters over half day to fit in everything (and as other reviews rightly stated, they have cleared and packed everything etc.).

Furniture look very well, very much in line with the pictures. Most items are in good condition with defects on few items. However once reported with pictures, Sabrina is very helpful and is taking care of resolving/replace them with the suppliers.

Finally, things may not always run to our desire, what matters are how people respond and resolve the issues. Both Sabrina and Tom are very responsible and responsive and definitely have stayed on my side and helped through.

Tips for future buyer - If your delivery is over the weekend, do make sure you have the contact number of the driver (I even had the mail confirmation from the delivery office admin on Fri. for Sunday delivery). The office number and advice on "email us if any issue" from the delivery confirmation mail doesn't work/get picked up over the weekend although it's normal delivery day for them. I have continuously called and mailed various time on Sun. there's no delivery office admin/operator onsite, only driver & fitter work on Sun.

The delivery company rang at 8.30 on the morning of the delivery to give me a time between 2 and 4pm. At 3.45pm, I got a call to say they were running a bit late and arrived about 4.30pm.

They guys were very friendly and assembled the bed efficiently even though our 1 year old labradoodle insisted on being supervisor lol. Even though we purchased our mattress from another company, they unwrapped it and placed on the bed, so all we had to do was remove the plastic. They took away all the wrapping and cardboard including the stuff fromthe mattress.

I'm writing this a few hours after delivery so at the moment the mattress is airing but we did have a try with the plastic on and it is very comfortable and the bed itself is of excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use Head2Bed again.

We ordered our bedroom furniture online and communication through e-mail with Sabrina. She helped us out massively with all different options. The installation went well and the guys turned up on time and on the day specified.
