They arrived on time, were polite, they even wore bags over their feet to make sure no mess was left. They worked hard bringing the huge bed in and putting it all together. The bed is fabulous and the quality is excellent. Will buy from this site anytime. Thanks guys.

Our experience of Head 2 Bed was absolutely fantastic. They were accommodating on meeting us to view the product at a local showroom and then once we had placed our order, everything went exactly as they had promised that it would. Very smoothly. The product arrived exactly when they said that it would and they were great regarding moving delivery dates to suit us. The wardrobe builders took away all rubbish and did a great job. The wardrobes look really nice and we are happy to recommend Head2Bed.

Purchase when smoothly, delivery time was a bit long but I was kept informed. Delivery and installation service was good. Overall recommended.

Excellent bed, order was easy, communication fantastic when we thought it couldn't get any better the fitters were excellent no mess fitted everything and took the rubbish away.

The bed is amazing so comfortable and looks beautiful a real feature.

The service provided was excellent. As the bed we wanted had been discontinued we placed the order before we were ready to receive it but the company kindly kept it till required.
The bed was delivered on time & the 2 delivery guys were very polite & put carpet protectors over their shoes before they entered the house. They had the bed installed within 30 minutes.
As for the bed, it is fabulous. We would recommend Head2bed anytime.

Excellent service, nothing too much bother. Even delivered mattress separately from bed so we could use mattress in meantime. Delivery men wore shoe covers in house!

I ordered two beds, one of which was close to £1,000, and both are a good quality build. The customer service and communication throughout the ordering and delivery service is also very good.

The only criticism I have is that the sprung slatted bases that come as standard with the beds are a bit flimsy. Each slat is 5cm wide but the space between each slat is 7.5cm. This is not good enough for supporting a good quality pocket sprung mattress and I had to resort to adding plywood sheets on tops of them.

You do of course have the option to upgrade the slatted bases for ones that have adjustable slats. However, as I did not require adjustable slats I went for the standard option. I just expected, certainly for a £1,000 bed, that the standard slatted base would have far less spacing between each slat.

They answered all questions quickly so that I could make a quick informative decision. Payment and ordering was quick and straightforward. They kept me informed of Euro delays and delivered with a great service. No issues at all. Product turned up looking like the pictures on site. I would use again.

The guys who assembled the wardrobe did it in the wrong way.

The bed was great, but the wardrobe felt of a lower quality than I expected.

We bought 2 beds, 2 matching side tables and a chest of drawers and one mattress. The furniture looks great. I'm really pleased with the styles and wood finishes. Sabrina was very efficient and kept me well-informed about the delivery date. I was very happy that I didn't have to assemble anything myself! Mattress was good quality and comfy.

Hi had a pleasure to order form Head2Bed and I have to say it was a refreshing experience. My bed turned up earlier than stated on the website and built by professional clean team.

Thank you - will definitely buy again in future but I think my bed will last ages so it might not be that early :)

Good solid well made furniture. We were pleased with our choice & felt it was good value. We purchased a bed, wardrobe & bedroom cabinets.
Staff were helpful

Only downside is lack of showrooms so had to travel 1.5 hours to view actual furniture & samples.

Very good communications and service from start to finish. Pity about the Cupboard door handle not being able to fit.

High quality products, excellent customer contacts when phoning and requiring further information. Delivery within promised time and done to the highest standard. I opted for home service where bedside cabinets and chest of drawers was constructed for you. The young men were good at their job, friendly and polite. All packaging was taken away. At an extra minimal charge the old furniture was taken away as well. All in all a most pleasant experience!

Other than having to wait around 8 weeks for the product it was constructed by staff very quickly and the floating bed frame is everything I could have hoped for. I would definitely use them for other products they offer.

I've just had my bedroom delivered, i'm very impressed of the excellent quality and superb customer service. I've been able to arrange a delivery date and the delivery was spot on and all ready in less then one hour. I suggest Head2Bed to everyone and i'm sure i'm going to buy other stuff in the future.
