headsets4business were extremely professional and went well out of their way to ensure I obtained all the information I could possibly want, while doing my research on Wireless Headsets for my local Branch of the Samaritans.
Courteous, knowledgeable, quick to respond, very obliging with the loaning of equipment for testing and cheerful at every encounter, their staff impressed me greatly and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

I spoke to Lindsey who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was quickly able to recommend two headsets that perfectly suited my needs. The ordering process was straightforward and they arrived very quickly. I was also sent full instructions on how to set my phone up to use the headset. The price was very competitive and significantly below that of my telecoms provider. Overall, I was very happy with every aspect of the process and the product itself and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them.

I was able to trial a headset for a week absolutely free of charge which made me feel very comfortable about investing in an expensive headset. Exceptional customer service. I have used this company on two previous occasions and they are extremely knowledgeable about their products. I ordered over the phone and the process was very simple. On this occasion, I dealt with Lindsey who was able to match my exact requirements to a Sennheiser SDW 5000 headset which is an awesome piece of kit. I highly recommend this product and this company.

Headsets4Business is a great place to buy headsets. They have a vast product range and a creative way to help customers choose the best option. I recently purchased my headsets from them. The customer service was excellent, and the product was great. I want to thank Lindsey O' Brien for outstanding customer service. She was fantastic throughout. Overall this is a 5-star company, 5-star products with a 5-star staff.

Lindsey was so helpful!! We did a trial of three different units, everything arrived very quickly and we ended up with 10 great headsets for the team. Will definitely be getting our headsets through them as the team expands in future. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgable, professional and helpful company. We like many companies have needed to buy all of a sudden headsets for our staff. We aren't a massive company, but we had needed to get headsets that helped staff who've never worked in a home environment now work in one - if you see what I mean! What I found great was being able to try before buy. Even some haribo sweets came in the box which my kids loved!

What we found really useful as a business was that they knew about noise cancellation, in meant that some of our staff could go into calls with confidence, that noises in the house were allways going to be picked up. Sure the noice cancelling doesn't stop someone's child shouting and the recipient hearing it, but with H4B advice, which was brilliant, our team quickly had a set up and a policy/ work around to slip into the new routine. For example, a simple but brilliantly effective "ON AIR OFF AIR" approach was to give our staff flags GREEN for "not on a call" and RED for "on a call". Simple but brilliant - would we have got this advice from amazon? No way.

One of our team, took initiative and went one step further and bought a couple of t shirts - one RED and ONE Green. He likes to pace on the phone, so when he was walking around his garden - well you can work it out! We told Lindsay about this when we ordered another headset (BTW ANC binuaral with ANC on the mic and the ears is our favourite, really puts you in the zone!), we got a deliver a couple of days after the latest headset arrived, with RED and GREEN T-Shirts with H&B logo for our team which was a nice touch, we thought that was cool.

They are friendly and know their stuff, and the fact that they let us all try different headsets from jabra, seiniesher until we were happy was brilliant.

I also was amazed at how fast they were with everything even in the middle of lock down too.

OK so this is a cracking review. And I think I need to balance it with something as it does seem too good to be true and that is hard. Really hard. I slept on this because, well actually for a multitude of reasons.

1) The fact that we and me leave reviews about once in every blue moon I think is a good reason
2) I found it hard to find anything negative about anything
3) My team said the same (so we are actually of the opinion collective, well in a remotely collective way if you see what we mean ;)) - that says it all
4) After giving it some thought we decided on one negative part of buying our headsets from them, well actually more than one we're afraid:

i) If you want to get it cheaper, I am sure if you scour round the interenet you might save a few pennies or bounds - then please do, because if that's your only concern fill your boots (good luck when sommart goes wrong)
ii) We buy Jabra's from them, and because we wanted to give a proper review (or else why bother (we rarely do review, so let's do it right), we did find that the headsets that we settled on we could have saved overall nearly £30 quid over the 6 remote workers - but actually we would have paid £300 more for their service without a shadow of a doubt. It would be nice if we could buy everything from H4B - I KID YOU NOT

So our advice for battery life and quality is JABRA EVOLVE with 2 ears, we are also trying the newer version that coming out of course from lindsay, which was a simple one line email away. The new one has better battery life. So I am going to stop, can you tell I am a techy! If it's allowed you could even DM me for my impartial review, as this review prolly sounds too good to be true adminatessagedotcodotuk (personal)

As ever, highly efficient service, even in the depths of CoVid lockdown. Trying to replicate my office set up at home, I was missing a wireless headset. I placed the order online, thinking it would take a week or so to fulfil. Within an hour, I'd been called by Lindsey with some follow up questions to check I was ordering the right thing (useful, as I'm a luddite), and it was delivered the next day (a Saturday) and the headset is is already plugged in and up and running.

Fantastic service received from Headsets4Business. Totally on the ball with product information, speed of service and value for money. Deffo recommend
