I purchased a Health Bed Latex Gel 1200 in 2019 having previously purchased a Health Bed which was not Latex Gel 18 years ago which is still in use

I am very disappointed in the Latex Gel 1200 bed as the latex has over the last 6 months started to come through the mattress including the sides of the mattress, the mattress looks disgusting with ugly brown stains which have also come through the mattress protector and fitted sheet. I have found out too late that the mattresses only have a 5 year warranty, if I had known before I would not have purchased one. The manufacturer in Yorkshire were not very helpful and sympathetic even after sending various photos of the horrible stains

Best mattress ever, perfect service from Smeatons on every aspect of the order. We are pensioners and the consideration given by Smeatons was superb. The quality of the bed and the mattress are first class and very well made. We would also say the delivery team went above and beyond with the care they took when bringing the bed into our house.They were also both friendly and polite ensuring everything was in place and to our satisfaction before they left (as well as taking all the packaging rubbish with them !)

I purchased a Healthbed recently to replace a previous Healthbed, and I'm so glad I did. It's so comfortable. Usually, within minutes of going to bed, I'm asleep; there's no trying to find a comfy spot, it's all comfortable. I aked for help regarding headboard screws for the previous base, somehow the previous ones went missing, and David Smeaton Kindly sent a set within days. I'm very impressed with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them. OR buying again.

We have purchased two beds from Toby at Healthbeds within the past 5 years. Excellent customer service and great quality comfortable well made beds. So good I went and purchased a second one.

Just bought another one from Healthbeds, we have never slept as well. Great customer service and a fantastic product.

Latex mattress nearly 6 years old discoloured due to what I think could be the latex leaking there is also a smell. Company could not come up with any reasons why. Very disappointing as I at least expected 8 years and this was an expensive mattress. As I have always used a mattress protector and a cover over that plus sheet it is unlikely it is anything to do with a sweaty body. Plus I am only 10 1/2 stone so weight on the mattress shouldn't be a problem.

Excellent service from our showroom visit/purchase to delivery and a very good response from their customer service.
Our 6ft zip link mattress and base are so comfortable.

Very happy with the service we received from Toby in looking for a bed for my mum. A good selection of choices, not pushy at all. Will definitely use again in the future. And to top it all off I got to meet and have a cuddle with the beautiful 4 month old Bronsan(hope I spelled that correctly!) thanks again 😊

We visited the Healthbeds Ltd showroom this morning and were disgusted by our experience. We are not against dogs at all and have family pets however upon entering the showroom, the employees over excited dog came running along and jumped up at our 18 month toddler knocking him over and up by his face. It also jumped up at me. The dogs claws when jumping up at my legs could be felt and was uncomfortable for me as an adult so can only imagine that it would have likely hurt my toddler. He was upset and crying. The owners said the dog won’t bite but did nothing to control the dog and clearly my toddler was scared and upset. There were no signs to say there was a dog and it’s not what I expected either. The subsequent experience was not apologetic and came with an attitude of we were overreacting and though the dog didn’t do anything wrong. We left. The member of staff came down after we were in the car trying to pacify our son and said that it was the first time the dog had done that but if that was the case and they weren’t expecting the dog to behave that way then they also couldn’t have been sure that the dog wouldn’t have bitten either. I travelled 30 miles to get to the showroom and was planning to purchase a particular mattress/bed. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to purchase.

A wise man once told me.

‘you should always have a good pair of shoes and a good bed, because when you are not in one, you’re in the other’

Unfortunately they don’t do shoes, but the beds are second to none. Can’t recommend enough

Great experience from start to finish. This is our 3rd time purchasing from Health Beds and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The showroom staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery staff were extremely careful and courteous. This is an added bonus when the product is so comfortable and well made. Would highly recommend!

Terrible company paid nearly £700 for a mattress there new naples collection.
Bought this mattress from bed stop on Stirling at the end February 2022.

Just under 4 months old mattress at one side started to collapse and sag.
Contacted the retailer cut long story short they didn't want to know and was panned off that it was due to the settling in period of the mattress as this was only one side JOKE.
After many words back and forth the retailer decided to refund after I threatened legal action.
This joke of a company did not warrant the warranty on the mattress had the audacity to inform the retailer's they would only agree to exchange if they felt the mattress was poor workmanship witch it clearly was

Never heard crap like only one side of a mattress is part of the settling in period.
The mattress was under 4 months old and was followed per manufacturer's recommendations to rotate once weekly for three to 6 months and then one month after.
This was part of there premium new collection with talay latex was comfortable only for the defect which they clearly ignored and failed to carry out there so called 5 years warranty which is worth nothing.
Will never buy any mattress this company make they are overpriced and not as good as they are made out.
Since then have bought a mattress from a big company that knows how to make mattress and have good reputation for good service
My advice is avoid like the plague.
