The salesmen Ross & Toby took the time to explain the different mattresses to me, helping me find the perfect mattress for my circumstances.
I’ve never slept better since getting a health beds mattress, and the delivery experience was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough, if it’s good enough for the royals then it’s good enough for me!

This bed is the best bed I have ever had!!!! So comfortable, such a great family business and exceptional service! Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants a comfy bed! THANK YOU!!

I have been ordering mattresses with healthbeds for over ten years now. I received my new mattress last week and could not be happier. Incredibly friendly, timely and hands on service! My mattress is excellent, just like those previous and It’s truly a delight to sleep on. I went for the Bari 3200 with medium firmness to support my back but retain ultimate comfort. Can’t recommend enough!

I couldn't recommend Healthbeds enough. After buying a Smeaton 1200 Pillow Top (mattress and frame) over 2 years ago, I have recently purchased a second for our spare bedroom.

My work involves a lot of heavy lifting, and I suffer from lower back pain after long shifts. The mattress has worked wonders for my back pain and my sleep quality, which is something I've also struggled with in the past.

Super friendly sales staff and the guy who delivered dropped the mattress to my apartment front door without hesitation (2 floors up with no lift!).

Great all round.
Firstly I've had a healthbed mattress since I was a kid now have 3 in my house. I refuse to sleep at work (RAF) so drive 160 there and back just to sleep on my own mattress at home, so worth the early mornings as I get a amazing night sleep on their mattress.

Secondly the staff there are so help full. I dealt with Ross who helped choose the right mattress for me in the show room and clearly has a lot of knowledge around the mattress manufacture and how it will benefit the user with their spinal alignment etc. He also delivered the mattress personally to avoid risk of a delay with COVID.

Will continue to buy their mattresses as well as suggest their mattresses to everyone I know.

Not normally one to write a review but with the service & quality of the product I can't not.

Went into the showroom with no knowledge of what style of bed & mattress I was after.
After meeting 2 sales members Toby & Ross. They both had so much knowledge of their products and were very helpful!

Delivery was great just a few days later fitting around my busy schedule.

I couldn't recommend enough, I'll definitely be back once I change my other rooms.

I would not recommended this company. My Gran , who is 90 btw.. Ordered a bed from this family business in good faith as the previous bed she had was made especially for her and gave her 16yrs of excellent sleep.. Firstly they delivered the wrong bed, so she had the wait for the mattress she had ordered in the 1st place to arrive, which resulted in her sleeping on her sofa. It must be said that the company did admit fault here.. She could not sleep on the mattress they provided so complained, they said it was her base that did not suit the bed so replaced the base .. Which she had to pay extra for.. She still could not sleep in the bed and had a valid complaints, I know because I myself slept in the bed for 3 nights and could not sleep in it even after a bottle of wine and 3 beers 🤣 the bed just didn't support you're weight!! The very sad thing about this situation was the discrimination used against my gran who is 90 and does very well for her age and luckily doesn't suffer fools gladly!! The company tried to insist that it wasn't a manufacturing problem it was her age. The way in which the staff treated my Gran with complete disregard is shocking to say the least.. They have offered as a last result to put a mattress topper on!! Thing is the bed that my gran ordered in the first place should of had one on. I am disgusted with the way my Gran has been treated and I would not wish for anyone else to be met with this indecent human behaviour or poor manufacturing.. As a company you should be ashamed of your product and customer service. Also perhaps you should consider training your staff on discrimination policies!!

7th of February 2020 i ordered a ottoman base a mattress and a headboard not the cheapest by any means.
Its now the 26th of August the bed has just been delivered to the shop, but yet no headboard...... over 6 months later.
If i had ordered this online it would of been delivered before the lockdown due to supporting a local company and with lockdown health beds decided to concentrate on online orders, then had a factory lockdown for 2 weeks not actually telling my local company until he rang the rep.

The rep wasn't very useful and said ring the other person due to first time he's had off in ages......(lockdown)
Inbetween all this many emails and phone call have been made, i have rang health beds directly they told me the headboard are out sourced and that the headboard company has only just gone back to work...
Now I'm not going to have the bed delivered to my house unless the headboard comes in. I give it 3 weeks if not i shall be asking for a full refund.
We had confirmation befor the lockdown that the bed was ready for dispatch but we did put off due to order not complete due to the headboard not being ready.

I'm pretty ocd so i hope if i ever see the headboard its in 1st class shape or I'll be proper hmmmm.

The missis is chewing at me so I've been chewing at the sales chap at local shop.
Which is all unfair so now I'm writing a review,....

Maybe will have to blame the Chinese fr the rather long delay , but us as the end user haven't even been given a apology from health beds themselves.

Will definitely make me think on who to buy for when my kids need a new bed.

Very disappointed with our luxury Balmoral Mattress which we purchased in July 2015. It was a king size mattress and in a matter of a few months the mattress had settled so much on each side that there was a mound in the middle! Health Beds replaced the mattress with help from our retailer, Shackletons, but the same issue happened again giving both my partner and I bad backs. Health Beds refused to replace the mattress a second time. The upshot is that we replaced the mattress with another make last October and we sleep much better now and no bad backs. I am today finally arranging the disposal of our luxury Health Bed!

This company is worth it's weight in gold. The salesman and delivery personnel are absolutely first class and they go out of their way to provide a first class service. The salesman Paul was an absolute pleasure to meet and he made sure the bed we chose was suitable for our needs. We bought a bed from them and we have recommended the company to all of our family and friends. An excellent company, excellent staff, excellent products and customer satisfaction is what they are all about. Well done Health Beds.
