Misleading label, avoid
Don’t buy magnesium there, they are an absolute scam! On the website it says “500mg magnesium gluconate x 90 capsules”, which is very misleading. I just checked the back label and it actually contains 15,9mg of elemental magnesium per serving (3 capsules)- meaning one capsule contain 5,3mg. You would have to take 75 capsules to meet the recommended daily dose of 400mg!
Total nonsense. I’ve requested a refund.

The "500mg magnesium gluconate" listed refers to the total weight of the compound magnesium gluconate, not the elemental magnesium content. As you correctly pointed out, the elemental magnesium provided per capsule is approximately 5.3mg—this is standard for magnesium gluconate, which is a less concentrated but highly bioavailable form of magnesium.
While this may seem low compared to the daily recommended intake, magnesium gluconate is considered a good form of magnesium, because its well absorbed, gentle on the stomach and deal for those needing gentle, daily supplementation over time.
That said, we take concerns like yours very seriously. We never intend to mislead, and we’re currently reviewing how we present this information on our product pages to make it clearer for our customers.

Clearly care about their customers and are very good communicators
The customer service is top notch. I originally made a purchase without inputting my shipping details properly. I promptly received a call to confirm my shipping details so that my order could be shipped.
Unfortunately the package never arrived (likely due to a Royal Mail error). Anna and Theresa provided the tracking number to me and were always available to answer any queries I had.
Due to the package never arriving, a second order was sent free of charge. Can't fault their support and service.

Cheap and clean!
Have tried to look after myself for as long as I can remember, everything Natural has become so expensive and after buying certain supplements off British Supplements, im aware of how big pharma and certain Goverment organisations are not in the business of " healthy people" and in the business of selling bulked up crap.
To my joy I've found a manufacturer who is only 40 miles away but so cheap for Iodine and Epsom salts. Im pretty fit and health conscious and now can source good clean supplements at a fraction of the cost, which in turn will allow me an extra supplement......Happy days is all I can say😄
