Very reliable service, fast and always on time!

HEALTHWAREHOUSE ALWAYS DELIVERS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND KEEPS MY PRESCRIPTIONS UP TO DATE.

Twice I was promised my medication would arrive via overnight delivery and it never came! Then they charged my Visa twice for the medication, told me it would be rectified, and of course, it was not! I will have to call a 4th time to get the charge off my credit card and a 5th time if my medication doesn't come in 3 days, as promised. They did offer a solution that I call my doctor (at 3:45 on a Friday) and have them call in an emergency refill at my local pharmacy...at MY expense!

Again, for the fourth time, my complete address was not printed on the mailing label so my prescriptions are floating around somewhere in Miami. I've contacted customer service each time and each time was assured that the complete address is on file.

This time, I was advised that the coding to allow two address lines was adjusted so we wait again and see if the next refills arrive.

In the meantime, I search miami for my prescriptions.

My medication always arrives early (before I am out of my last order) and everything is in good order. Couldn't be happier.

Health Warehouse is chock full of polite, professional employees! Always very helpful and accommodating. I have been doing business w/them for years and it's always a pleasure!

Medicine I truly needed I did not receive . Medicine I ordered one time was resubmitted for reorder . Mix up instead of satisfaction . Some hard to find over the counter meds were available and quite helpful .

Continual problems receiving my prescription. my last order was placed on January 9th, it's now January 19th, still haven't received it.
Also one representative told me I can 'auto order' so I would not need to call monthly. I did not receive my prescription. The medication was almost empty so I called again only to be told by a different representative that it was not possible for my prescription to be auto ordered. At least twice Healthwarehouse shipped my medication next day air, which they paid for. So frustrating.

Reordering my description was very easy and efficient.
After a few steps I was through.

The pharmacists are excellent and care that you get your medication on time. Through a winter snow storm, they still stayed in touch with me and shipped my medication out as fast as humanly possible and they were right on time ! Impressive since all shippers were canceled and the roads were treacherous. I have to add that their prices are unbeatable. 3+ years with them and very happy with their service!

Everything is always on time and correct

My husband's medicine automatically ships each quarter, and is always on time. Prices are good, and shipping is free!

The new website was not working so I had to call Customer Care to place my final order for this year. The woman who helped me was wonderful. I placed the order on December 18th, and because I live in Wyoming, I paid the extra $10 to have it shipped USPS priority mail... 1-3 business days. I received an e-mail that my order shipped on the 19th. Great!! And then USPS (and I know it was the busiest time of the year) moved this package from KY to OH to CO to WY back to CO to WY to 50 miles north of me, having to pass through my town, and finally arriving on the 28th. So 3 business day would mean I would get it on the 24th. Not upset with Healthwarehouse, but as a senior on a fixed income, USPS just is not going to work for me.

The good people at Health Warehouse have always went the extra mile. I had a slight credit card mixup and the lady I talked to did a great job of helping me resolve the problem.

Excellent service, speed of delivery, and selection. You can always rely on Healthwarehouse!
