Was happy to order my gas heater on a pre order due to most places being out of stock, Heat Outdoors team updated me along the way with delivery updates. A comfortable process and very happy with my heater when it arrived just a few days after it arrived into their warehouse

I recently purchased the shadow diffusion double hanging lamp for my garden and I cannot express enough how happy I am with my purchase. Not only did the heater exceed my expectations but the customer service I received from Gracie Catchpole was fantastic, I would definitely recommend this company, so polite and helpful and a 10/10 product !

The key to being a great company is how you are dealt with when things go wrong. We decided the patio heater we ordered wasn’t what we wanted. Heat Outdoors at no time quibbled about this. We sent it back and they helped us pick out a replacement that was sent out to us as soon as it came back in stock. Gracie who dealt with us responded promptly to any correspondence and we were very happy with our second heater. Would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with my Shadow Parasol Heater which meant I needed to send the Unit back for repair. The customer service and aftercare provided by Gracie & Rachel was exceptional. The Unit has been replaced promptly and I am a very satisfied customer. I would thoroughly recommend purchasing from Heat Outdoors.

All of the above required a patio heater. Small problem quickly fixed with minimal fuss. Great customer service from a British business. Highly recommend the Shadow Fatboy product and their after-sales. Would buy again.

Great company they are indeed , I had trouble with one of the heaters , it was just not the right heater for my needs ! I was worried like some people, wondering what the out come would be once I e mailed them and sure enough the next day I had a e mail come back , saying how sorry they were that the heater did suit my needs , we had a chat about my need for a heater and after the chat they kindly offered me a different one and changed that day for me , how fast was that !? Supper happy with this company they put the customer first ! Unlike some

Gracie - Great Customer Service

Recently purchased a patio heater and I’ve had a couple of small challenges. I have to say the response from Heat Outdoors has been first class. Gracie really responsive, engineer called me to support. New parts being sent out etc. No hassle. I would definitely recommend this firm and well done Gracie!

We recently decided to get a patio heater to extend the time in the year we can use our garden (and with Covid still an issue in having people indoors.) We ended up going to Heat Outdoors after a Google search as I really liked the clarity of the product information and the demonstration videos were very informative. We ended up ordering one of the Shadow II Ultra Low Glare (ULG) models with a stand. As there had been so many recent orders from buyers at the same time, Gracie from the customer service team contacted us to offer a free upgrade to the next model up (ULG+). The product that arrived was excellent quality and value for money. It wasn't the cheapest option we could have gone for but this seems to have been a case of "you pay for what you get" in the most positive way. The customer service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Heat Outdoors. I have already registered for another product with them once it's back in stock.

Their website is very informative and really helped me with my choice of heater. The product, Shadow II 2 ULG really is the best in its class.
I ordered in the morning and the product was with me next day.
They even applied the fittings on the extension cable.
What a delightful company to deal with.

The place to go for an outside heater!
1. A great wesbite. Lots of unbiased information that helped me decide what to buy (+videos)
2. Simple ordering process with quick confirmation
3. Second to none customer service (a shout out to the lovely lady who dealt with me). Clearly outside heaters are unbelieveably popular right now and stock is running out the door as soon as it gets in which is what happened to my order. They got back to me to offer a replacement (better than I ordered) and fast tracked the delivery.
All in all a great shopping experience

Having bought a london gas patio heater I was very disappointed when it blew over - just not enough weight in the base... do not buy!

Pleased to add that HeatOutdoors have been in touch to offer apologies at offering to replace with an alternative product when available

Hi guys just to say we have some new decking put down it is now 7.20 sat outside with our heaters nice and warm don’t really want to go in but tea calls great products and staff when they tell you about the product you are buying they tell the truth. Sorry got London lamp heater and 2 Santini heaters

The team were amazing at Heat Outdoors. I decided to buy the Shadow 2 heater after reading the review in the Saturday Times and am really pleased with it. It will certainly improve our Covid Lockdown outdoor entertaining. I was fed up of smelling of smoke with our old wood fire chimera.. hurrah for the power of the Shadow 2! Bought a heater from these guys 7 years ago. It broke and obviously out of guarantee. Contacted them and they suggested sending it back for them to take a look. Within 2 days they had repaired it with a new motherboard and returned it within a week. Much cheaper than a new heater. Thank you so much guys.
