Great customer service from Steve, Rachel and the team at Great Outdoors ! Having been so disappointed with a Santini Patio heater that didn’t light after a long delivery lead time I was very disappointed to say the least and a tad frustrated ! The team quickly turned my frown upside down and a replacement part was delivered in a day or so. The best thing…..the heater looks amazing ! Thrilled !

Having purchased a Shadow Fatboy 2.4w and a Shadow Tilt stand from Heat Outdoors I just had to review these guys as they are simply an awesome company to deal with from start to finish.

Superb quality products at very good prices, excellent and informative website and exceptionally helpful and responsive customer service team. Shout out to Rachel here. What more do you need!

I buy quite a lot of online products from various retailers, but Heat outdoors takes some beating and are trailblazers in my opinion. I've yet to find another retailer that ticks all the boxes like them. Keep up the fantastic work guys.

Great customer service. Glass was broken on our Santa I heater on delivery, but after reporting this, it was promptly dealt with by Ciara. A brand new one was delivered, although it did take some time due to current climate. A partial refund was given. A full refund was offered at the start, but we chose to wait for a new glass. So glad we did. Would recommend this company to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Great product, at great price, and first class service.

Received our Santini patio heater today, extremely pleased with product..Well made, great heat output, good service, good price, it is one of the best outdoor heaters we have purchased, buy you will not be dissapointed.

Fabulous customer service replacing without charge a heating element that had probably broken in transit but where we didn't realise it had broken for months until the unit was installed. We would highly recommend. And the unit is great too!!

Ordered shadow fatboy heater & stand on Monday & delivered on Tuesday excellent service. Had a problem with stand collar & they sent replacement next day no quibbles. How refreshing to deal with a top company would definitely buy from them again. The product is Superb as is the customer service.

Brilliant service - had an issue with a heater and they paid for the return postage and fixed and and had it delivered back within 48 hours.

Even though I had not bought my heater new, when it required a repair every member of staff I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The repair itself was carried out promptly and and for what I considered a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a pyramid heater from Heat Outdoors, after slight mix-up, Gracie and the Team sorted my order and I had it the next day. Fantastic customer service.

I had a number of queries when considering purchasing the Empire 3kW patio heater. Ciara at Heat was extremely helpful and answered all my questions courteously and with assurance. A great customer service experience and I am now looking forward to receiving my patio heater.

Purchased a Santini tall and a Santini short patio heaters. Very good quality in comparison to other products on the market, would recommend both the product and sales department keeping me up to date with my order process.

Our heater developed a fault and when I informed Gracie @ Heat outdoors, she did not hesitate to offer replacement parts. There was a delay in the stock arriving so she went the extra mile and offered a whole new unit in the other colour so as not to cause further delay and it arrived the next day. Sterling service from an agent and company who really put the needs of the customer first.

We are really happy with our fat boy heater. I can’t believe you can get so much heat from only a 2.4kw heater, at maximum power you can comfortably sit 2meters away and any closer I’m pretty sure you’d get a sun tan. Ordered Shadow Parasol heater due to be delivered by DHL. On tracking it showed returned to sender due to incorrect packaging. I rang Heat Outdoors and Gracie immediately dispatched another heater. She then updated me with photos as to the problem, damaged outer packaging. I received replacement next day and very happy with item and service . You get what you pay for

Quick and simple ordering process (spoke to the lovely Taylor for some advice beforehand) and the product arrived next day without even having to pay for next day delivery! Can’t really ask for more than that. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a Bluetooth XT 2kw unit but upon arrival the box was a little squished and unfortunately there was damage to the heater inside. I expected a bit of struggle to get this sorted but could not have been more surprised when upon speaking to the customer service team that they had a same day courier already delivering to my area and so picked the damaged heater up and delivered a new one at the same time, all within a few hours! Pleasantly and welcomingly surprised with this exceptional service.

Having never purchased a heater before, I was so pleased with the service I received over the phone. Very helpful and only a 2-3 day delivery which was a lovely surprise during these times.
