(Jack) attended early, run the necessary tests and fixed the issue in 20 minutes. He explained the issue properly, told me how it would be fixed and tested to make sure I was happy.

Jack turned up when expected and checked the boiler thoroughly. Explained his findings and that he would send recommendations in to our boiler cover company. We have a known issue with our boiler which he also explained in detail.

Absolutely terrible. They were hired by my insurance company Sedgwick and screwed up the job so badly that they broke a pipe under my sink when they tried to fix a leak. They then lied on their report to the insurance company, never disclosed they caused the damage and caused my claim to go under the agreed spend limit. They then wrote another report calling sellotape around a pipe a temporary fix. Heatcraft are to be avoided at all costs, they have young, inexperienced staff, and will cause damage. Do not trust them.

Couldn't even wait 15 mins to service the boiler. No consideration given for someone who needs to do school run. Engineer then sat outside for 10 mins before leaving. That 5 mins gonna make a big difference of you getting to another job. Absolute disgrace!

Biggest cowboys builders alive!!! No intention of fixing a simple pipe leak. Excuses after excuses. Please be aware of these heatcraft limited cowbuilders.com. No plumbing skills !!!

I had to turn my boiler off as the pipes were making a terrible noise . Heatcraft came promptly to assess the situation. Mick explained clearly what the problem was showing me pictures on his phone which I found really helpful. He gave me some good advice with no hard sale attached. I now await for them to return to fix a couple things.

Jake came 2 days later, got straight to work on what needed fixing. He was polite and friendly and we now have a boiler that is working and the house is warming up. I wouldn't hesitate in calling this company again for their help. Thank you all.

Got me out of a real jam - replaced my leaking, faulty and as it turned out dangerous boiler within 24 hours - very courteous and professional service from both engineer Jack and office staff. Would recommend.

Lack of communication and just poor service. Compared to the engineer that attended my property today Jack is simply a cowboy!

Jack who fixed our boiler was amazing! We had no hot water for almost a week and he came in with a new pump and sorted the issue within 30 mins.

He was super friendly and explained the whole process.
