Great service as always from Ryan who came out to remove a gas fire. Friendly as always and explained what needed to be done and why. We asked him to quote for a replacement radiator which wasnt working as well as it should be whilst he was here, but rather than going down that route he made a small tweak to the radiator and hey presto it was working better. Very pleased with the service we get from Heatfix.

Had a problem with a leaking radiator - getting an engineer out to fix it was straightforward, quick, and the problem fixed perfectly. Very happy!

Great service from start to finish. Alun showed his years of experience by quickly identifying the cause of the fault, sourcing the replacement part, and installing it. He even done some safety checks and gave some tips for helping to optimise heating while keeping costs down. Central heating is back up and running for winter. Well priced and would 100% use again.

He got straight into servicing my boiler checked everything cleaned out the filter
And sealed the chimney inside which exits to outside
He was very tidy and gave me some sound advice which I thank him for.

Excellent service .. 1st class and professional

Great visit with Craig. I thought I needed a power flush but rather than going ahead, he checked over my boiler and heading system first. A few tweaks resolved the issue saving me hundreds of pounds. They are extremely knowledgeable, open and trustworthy and I will use again.
