Brilliant service. Allun was a true professional who took care in getting the job done right first time with no mess. These guys were so good at my house going to sue them for my business.

Excellent service when the boiler sprung a leak! Same day visit and Ross and David were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable engineers with a good sense of humour and had it fixed quickly. Very happy we took out the cover package as it's already worth it!

He arrived on time and did the job in good time and was friendly.

I took boiler cover out with the Edinburgh Boiler company, this included a boiler service carried out by a heatfix engineer on the 3rd October. Chris the engineer arrived at 8.30am and spent an hour thoroughly checking not only the boiler but also the central heating system itself including the thermostats. A certificate of inspection was mailed to me later in the day detailing the work conducted, again l have never had that information which wil be handy if l have to use the breakdown cover in future. I'd definitely recommend Heatfix after this.

The engineer was very well mannered and explained what he thought was wrong with the boiler!but the problem was not straight forward,it involved the boiler maker and it’s warranty. He was in contact with the makers and organised a visit from their engineers.This was done almost immediately.No complaints .

Had to call out for a fault with our combi , got very little help from Worcester who we have cover with, a 5 day wait for repair , contacted HeatFix who have serviced the boiler in the past , explaining what was happening and they sent out an engineer the next day , can’t thank them enough and Darren the engineer especially .

Had my worcester bosch boiler annual service done today. The engineer was very professional and friendly. Brought dust sheets and over shoes and left the area clean and tidy.

The engineer was very knowledgeable and explained each issue he found. As the boiler is old he was honest when asked about the chances of other parts breaking and the cost to repair them. This allowed us to make an informed decision on whether to get a new boiler or not

Two technicians arrived on the appointed date, after a call to say they were on their way. They were pleasant, chatty, tidy and efficient. They carried out the annual service, and left after about an hour. It was an excellent example of efficient teamwork.
