Great company, great products
I was looking for a warm and soft blanket and H&P LDN came up. I wasn't disappointed. Their products have quite a high price point but worth every penny plus you get 20% off on your first order. They are also super responsive when you contact them. Highly recommend them.

I had a problem with delivery….my own…
I made a mistake on my delivery details and my throw was returned to I know not where. After mailing Franck he immediately despatched a second blanket and said he would sort out my mistake. The new blanket arrived within 3 days and is fabulous. How lovely to get personal service so quickly, not something you get every day.

Great Customer Service!
I want to rewrite my review of this product. When I bought it for the first time, the product came broken. After a few days, I requested a refund/exchange with no answer. When they asked me for a review, I low-rated the product.
Well, it turned out that The company's owner, Franck, answered immediately after my refund request, but the email was in my spam folder. He also went the extra mile and called me from London! to try fixing the problem, (Who does that?!)
After all that misunderstood, I received a new bucket. It is beautiful. The consumer support is outstanding. I highly recommend this product but especially the company.

I purchased an Alpaca/Merino Throw from the brand as a wedding anniversary present with special embroidery and I was super happy when I received the blanket! The quality of the embroidery is as shown on the website, with fast turnaround and the throw is stunning!

Update (40 minutes after receiving the initial review): We have talked to the customer and UPS had sent him about 10 emails and ended up not showing up at the scheduled time window. The package was sent to a collection point quite far away from his house and he had to go there a few times before being able to collect his purchase. Thankfully, the blanket arrived safely and still on time for Christmas.
Our goal is to never leave customers alone with their delivery issues. Unfortunately, when a package leaves us, there are many elements that are out of our hands that can alter the overall experience, but we are always here to help when required.
