With reference to your comment on the initial shedding, the alpaca collection is the collection for which we apply the most extra brushing during the finishing process at the mill, in order to get the most softness and fluffiness from the alpaca yarns. This brings the softer/fluffier quality that our customers love so much, but the very small downside to this are the loose fibres that are on the surface of the throw which over time will lessen. Regardless, we do hope that you will enjoy the beautiful throw over the chilly winter.

I had made a purchase recently of a Toolkit and a throw. I requested for the order to reach me asap and the customer service rep was very helpful with this. We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your pure new wool home throw. You can still return it (if it has not been used) even if it is after the regular return deadline. We would of course never leave a customer with a negative impression.
Each of our blankets are carefully checked and made with great care and we usually have no quality issue at all.
We are a young brand with a very small team and you are our first 2 stars review, so we are taking your feedbacks very seriously and we would definitely like to hear back from you to know a bit more about the reasons. Was there any defect?
As a small business working with small workshops and mills in the British Isles, we tried to find the right balance between quality, production costs and retail prices. We pay our suppliers fairly, so that they can also pay their employees fairly which we feel is key to create a balance economy. With the cost of wool, transportation and imports rising very sharply, we would unfortunately not be able to reduce our prices. To get a good selection of great colours, we have to work with small production runs (very very far away from the thousands an Asian factory would produce) and this has an impact of the production costs as well, but we feel it makes our accessories more unique.
If you have some time, it would be really great to get more information by email or by phone if your prefer.
