Heat carried out the installation of my Worcester Bosch boiler 4 years ago and I have used them since for its annual service. All of the team are so helpful and professional I wouldn't use any other company. Easy to book online, I have recommended them to family members who also now use them.

Have used HEAT for 8 years they service the boiler each year but I originally contacted them to do some major plumbing work on the central heating system. Ben and Ian did such a good job on that I have never thought of going anywhere else.

Ben was really knowledgeable about the air con options that would work best for us. He responded quickly with a very fair quote. Ben and Ian installed three air con units for us over the last two days. They worked really hard and got the job done efficiently. Very neat and tidy, cleaning up as they go along. Ben was very accommodating about where to position the internal and external units working with our input. I’ve also used Heat Leicester for some significant central heating work over the last few years. I highly recommend them.

Heat Leicester did a thoroughly professional job from start to finish. From the initial quote, back room staff and Ben who installed our heating system it was a top job and would highly recommend them.

Efficient as always, have been using this company for over 10 years after they fitted a boiler, always courteous and professional, will be moving house soon and be asking them to carry out some heating changes in the new house.

Unable to fault the service and installation of aircon units from Heat Leicester. I’m very picky, of my own volition, and wanted the installation just so and as neat as possible. Had new Worcester Bosch heat only boiler installed on 29th August to replace 30 year old Glow Worm, it still worked but fan assembly became noisy and would have cost a fair bit to repair. Ben arrived on time about 8.30am and had it all finished by 12.30pm. Explained simple controls on boiler. Only niggle was that he had to chip away some plaster where the flow and return pipes came out of the ceiling and they were the wrong way round for a straight connection to the boiler so a bit of alteration was required so needed a bit more room to work in. Have now got to get some filler for the hole which hopefully should not be too difficult to do. Heat have a good reputation, not many poor reviews on here. If you are in line for a new boiler then can recommend them.

And thank you to Ben for carrying out the work! We needed to have a new boiler installed within a kitchen cupboard. The cupboard needed to be altered to house the new boiler. Ben did an excellent job making the adjustment to fit the new boiler whilst maintaining the integrity of the cupboard. He also cleaned up after the job! Thank you!
