Great service as always from instalation to yearly servicing,Outstanding company 👏

From initial enquiry, to prompt quote to even quicker installation, we have had outstanding service from the company. Zack installed the boiler, was efficient and when he left it was like he was never there! Was patient with me explaining how to work hive and made sure I was happy before he left. Would highly recommend this company to anyone for their heating needs.

I have used Heat Leicester for a number jobs and they have always been friendly, efficient and helpful. I did want a HIVE installed a few years ago when I had an old boiler and I was told to wait until I had a new one as it would cost me too much to add it to an old one because of the setup. I was grateful for this advise as they could have done it anyway and would have cost me a lot of money. They didn't charge for the call out but Ben who came fixed my leaking tap for nothing while he was here anyway. So lovely. He has since been back 3 or 4 years later to fit my boiler with his lovely assistant Zack. Zack was very patient with my central heating which was very dirty and took a while to clean. They will be returning to install air conditioning. Couldn't recommend them more. It is also great being able to use a local company.

The guys arrived on time on the appointed day as agreed. Ben and Zack were very polite and hard working and professional throughout the whole standard boiler to Combi boiler conversion. They covered down all working areas and cleaned up and hoovered leaving no mess. They removed all redundant materials from the loft and airing cupboard. The whole experience was stress free and completed without any fuss. We would recommend Heat professional heating services Ltd to anyone thinking of a new boiler. Right from the initial estimate to completion, they were very professional.

I recently had a new boiler fitted. On the day Ben arrived on agreed time, covered the areas he needed to work in and in no time fitted the boiler and had it working. I’m absolutely thrilled with it and I’m very pleased I took his advise on the Hive system, just brilliant.

Just had air con fitted, Ben & Ian did a very professional job. I have used HEAT for over 10 years and have recommended to many. Always very tidy, always explain everything they do and more importantly just nice blokes. Any issue or problem I just give them a call and they have sorted. I initially made contact with Heat 12 years ago to replace an old but still working gas boiler, their quote was very competitive and they left an impression that they are nice people to do business with. 12 years on and I have had Heat Leicester service the boiler every year, always arrive on time, super friendly and meticulously clean in their working practices. They have of course grown their business and not a surprise because they do it so well, but it still has the personal touch. Many thanks Heat.

We needed new controller for the boiler and I thought I would throw in a boiler service too. Ian was extremely professional, he found a fault with the boiler which he showed to us and explained what needed doing.
The prices are competitive too and I would absolutely use this company again. We have had various works carried in the past including through boiler cover companies - this was by far the best experience we had.

My gas boiler service was carried out very professionally by Zak, who was very polite and clean and efficient in all the work he did.

This is a local Glen Parva Family company. They work together as a professional businesslike team. They removed our old troublesome Biasi boiler and replaced it with a Worcester Bosch in just a few hours and had our heating and hot water back in less than five hours. Excellent teamwork all the way through. Thanks to all for a superb job completed in a timely fashion to a high standard. Very efficient operating company. Easy to book service or repairs with competitive pricing. Engineers always on time and smart in appearance. Their work is always carried out with minimal disruption and always leave the place clean and tidy. Excellent work and keep it up
