We have recently had our boiler replaced and pipe work sorted as it was a mess. The service we received was brilliant. Very polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend Heat Leicester.

One word of advice. If you're planning to use them the guys definitely prefer chocolate chip to ginger biscuits.

The appointment was set but the engineer was a late. He kept men informed but I had made personal arrangements and had to rapidly change those. If I had been told earlier I could;d have made those arrangements easier and I fail to see why I was a not told until the appointment time.
Very disappointed and although I got an apology that is not the point.

A Big Thank you to Ian for going the extra mile to find out the issue and to fix it with the dwindling water supply at the property. He was only there to replace two sets of Taps.

Very good service... I have had an issue where the operator could not get access to my boiler in the airing cupboard and Heat Leicester were flexible in moving the appointment to a later date to allow me the time to clear an access in the airing cupboard. They ensured I do not get charged twice. The operator serviced the boiler and left a clean area behind. No complaints, will use HEAT Leicester again.

High quality of workmanship, arrived on time, talked to me about what was going on.

Not only did they cancel a pre booked boiler service 30 minutes before they were due out to do the job. When it was finally done two weeks later a repair was suggested. You'll get the quote on Monday 19th November 2024. Its now Tuesday 17th December and 3 enquiry calls later regarding a repair quote NOTHING. Poor aftercare/service. New year coming new search for a company who will want the job. 0*

I can’t thank Heat Leicester enough for providing me with a new boiler after being badly let down. My father recommended them and they did a fantastic job of fitting my new combi boiler. They were very professional, did the job in a day and I came home to a warm house. Wish I had know about them sooner. I highly recommend them and the price was excellent for the fantastic service we had.

From first contact with the office to completion an efficient and friendly service.

Very pleased with our first gas fire service by Heat - we will definitely be happy to use them again. Ian Spencer was very pleasant and helpful, and made sure that our carpets were protected while he worked. There is a known problem with our model of gas fire - the batteries used for the remote control ignition have to be changed quite frequently or the fire takes multiple attempts to light as the batteries drain. Ian noticed that the gap on the sparker was slightly out of spec, adjusted it, and the improvement in the reliability of the remote control was immediately noticeable.

Heat have provided the installation and repositioning of a new boiler system to a high standard. The whole process from contact with Heat, quotation, advice and implementation has been very satisfactory and reassuring.
Ben and Pete were very professional and understanding throughout and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Heat Leicester.

Excellent service, from my first telephone call speaking to April who was so helpful. Tried to resolve the problem over the phone to avoid an engineer coming out. A new boiler was required and installed within in the week. Pete couldn't have been nicer, efficient and left everywhere cleaned up. Would certainly recommend Heat Leicester.

I telephoned early Monday morning it was less than two hours when the engineer came and diagnosed the problem and got the required part and fitted it before lunchtime. We could not have asked for a better service.

Radiator replacement

Booking arranged quickly and radiator swapped out with minimal mess and no fuss. Zack even replaced the water softeners in our filter and set the boiler pressure to the right level.

Heat has been our boiler maintenance teams and they have served us since 2017. They have been the best guys in their job. With there trust, just replaced a new boiler and working great. They were very professional, fast workers and also very tidy and helpful during the periods the work was being done.

Booked a time and date but guy was running late. Heat had the courtesy to ring and inform us of this ( guy was only 7 mins late anyway). Excellent service.
