The food I have ordered has been delivered on time and the food is excellent will be ordering again in the future

Hi. I'm very happy with the product that arrived and can't wait to use some of your recipes but I need to complain about the delivery, we live down a forest road that as two gates to through too reach our house, the driver left the box at the first gate and had made no attempt to deliver to our house, it is on a public footpath but thankfully its not used too often or we may of lost our heck delivery!

Arrived later than anticipated, did not have sufficient ice packs so the raw meat arrived room temperature. Wasted order and had to be refunded

Having tried every burger on the market, these are definitely the best! As a Carnivore good quality meat is important for necessary vitamins and other nutrients. These burgers taste amazing and are a firm favourite, suffice to say, they are now on regular order and consequently cheaper than the major supermarkets

The items were delivered promptly and really well packed.
The sausages were well packed too.
I must be honest and say some of them could do with a bit more "zing" They all tasted good but in my opinion needed more pizazz to differentiate the types of sausage you produce.

The new steak and butter sausages were not really what I expected. They where really full of fat when cooked as advised in the frying pan. I tried the other pack same recipe in the oven they where a bit better but still loads of fat in the pan from the sausages.

The product are fantastic they never let me down & helps me hit my nutritional needs

I love Heck food, its always tasty and that bit healthier than some of the alternatives. I really like being able to order a bundle of my favourites.
The whole process from ordering to delivery is great and I would definitely recommend Heck.

As a regular buyer due to my safe foods they are always great products and always great customers services and never had a problem
and they always met 100 percent without trouble

Butter burgers...Inedible, connective tissue and gristle the worst I have ever tasted

Bought Heck pork sausages from local Sainsbury’s due to brilliant reviews I have never been so disappointed they were disgusting tasted like sawdust I wouldn’t feed them to my dog !

Quick to order and quick delivery

I did an online order as i wanted the 'bridal sausage' for my daughters up coming wedding. I also ordered a mixed bundle, there was a great mix of products, we have tried most of the products previously so we know what to expect, there were a couple of things we haven't had but are looking forward to trying, as with all Heck products im sure they wont disappoint. Delivered on time and packed to ensure everything was still fresh 😊

In which they was very happy to do . And it was delivered on the day I asked for.

Lovely food at reasonable prices. There was a damaged package in my order and the customer services immediately refunded me for that item when I pointed it out
