I would give them no stars. Awful, awful company
I would give them no stars. Beyond poor service. Listing defaults on our credit file for a loan we don’t even have!!! Has taken weeks to even get to a point where they have admitted it. Have lost our mortgage offer due to the fact they can’t send an email confirming their error and only deal with fax’s!!!!! Absolutely disgusting company with the worst customer service department ever. I am taking this up the complaints route and will be involving their parent company Topaz Finance as well as the FCA for breach of treating customers fairly and the ombudsman. They have unlawfully damaged our credit file and have done everything in their power to avoid rectifying it. Never ever use people! You have warned!
