Very bad shop. DONT BUY!
heliumhotshop is a very unprofessional shop. The only person that works there is this Aaron. They only sent me 4GB instead of 8GB and refuse to give me back the extra money I paid. Instead I got a shopping voucher. What should I buy in this overpriced ugly shop? DONT BUY HELIUM MINER FROM THEM!

Thank you kindly for your feedback and sorry to read that you are not happy about our service. Due to the overstock we had on 4GB we offered our March customer a 4GB more than a month earlier, which is pretty unusual in this business. If you have received a 4GB you have agreed on the terms sent in the email. As extra we gave everybody that agreed a voucher to shop.

I do not recommend !!! I ordered 2 pcs. SenseCAP, I paid them and after 5 days they refused my order. I asked them in the discord channel and they answered "It was a system error". They pushed me 30 euros for currency conversion and bank fees. They also announced that their devices are 8GB. and send 4GB.

Update: +1 Star because of fully refunding the cable cost after my review. After I purchased an antenna and cable, I wrote to the support that I think the connector for the cable is wrong for the antenna, the support/Aron wrote me everything is fine. After the package arrived it was the wrong connector on the cable for the antenna, then I wrote to the support/Aron. After a short discussion that I had mention this bevor the package was shipped we agreed that I will send back the cable so that he can return it with the correct connector and without any shipping cost. I never received the new cable with the correct connector after i have returned the wrong cable, after a couple of weeks and few emails i now received the cable cost.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunly the manufacturer is unable to provide the product with 8GB memory in it due to the lack of source, this is a worldwide issue. Since the working of the device does not change in anyway with 2/4GB we offered you various options regarding your order, including full refund.
