Great customer service and quality
Ordered a cable and antenna. I needed aome advice and got some very quickly through their discord channel. Great customer service. I also changed my mind about another order and asked for refund. Went very smoothly (within 24-48h). So great shop overall. Maybe one advice I could give: have some more stock for the antennas.

Satisfied with my experience
I ordered a metal stand for antenna. The price (even with shipping) was much better than I could get locally. The shipping was very fast (within EU) and the stand itself was easy to assemble and very solid. I will soon put it to use on a flat roof. My second experience with heliumhotshop.eu was when I ordered something but then changed my mind. The shop was very responsive and cancelled my order promptly at my request. So far I have been totally satisfied with - and will buy again from - this shop.
