Couldn’t be happier with the product/customer service we received. Electric Scooter arrived quickly and very well packaged with door to door tracking. Highly recommended will be using again soon.

Overall the customer experience is pretty good. Helliot has taken the order, dispatched and delivered it to Italy within few days. The package is solid and the bike well conserved.
The critics goes toward the components attached around the frame. I know it's a very entry level bike, but since the frame is good and nice to look at, I would recommend to buy it stand alone, mounting a bike as preffered. The only things I kept are the frame (I'm very happy with that) and the rear components of the trasmission (which is a Shimano) together with its shifters on the handlebar. Crankset and pedals didn't even mount adequatly, thus I immediatly change them with Shimano components with few euro.
All together I spent 100€ more and now the bike is pretty good and performing well (more than 500km in less than a month).
My suggestion is to avoid mounting cheap chinese components (saving on those), ask 100€ more while using entry level Shimano components.
You can improve a lot! Work on it!

Great metal bike but I had issues getting it calibrated, especially the steering wheel still seems rigid and my pump doesn't fully pump it up it seems. Also the horns are garbage, had to replace them right away, but the rest is solid. Good for the prices. More help in building it would be useful

The delivery was fast,scooter was good...but a litlle damaged in back tire was no air and front light was no working so i give you 3 stars.

I have a Bangkok 26 inches bicycle, it is really comfortable to drive because of the seating position and the front suspension. The frame is very strong and the brakes are good.
I would recommend people to buy this bicycle.

Cheap and nasty bike from a company with questionable business ethics. I purchased Pippy which is very poor quality. Please people treasure this review and spend your money with a reliable company. Their email correspondence is poor and will not address your issues. Nasty dealer and a product that is not fit for purpose. Save yourselves the hassle, I wish I had listened the negative reviews I read on here before my purchase

Great fat bike that i got from yous guys.. just a heads up; if you’re over 6ft i would advise getting a bigger seat pole and a longer handling bar. Other than that... love my bike.

It's a little too heavy, and the breaks arent very strong, but all in all good quality for the price. Lovely colors!

Product has got value for money, after placement of order Customer services are very helpful unitl delivery comes, even they reply on whattsapp about the status of delivery. I could not fault the speed of delivery especially being shipped from Spain, in the middle of COVID. I ordered a FAT BIKE (yes this is what they are called) For my son who is 6ft 4 and very broad, this is perfect. The frame everything was solid and I was not disappointed at all. All I changed was the seat to be honest, my son preferred a little comfort as I'm sure all gentleman would to. Yes I struggled with the disc breaks to line up, but they are new to me so with a little of u tube help i managed to work it out myself.
I would highly recommend getting the bike insured as they are very different then what I've seen here in the UK and my son has had lots of attention and compliments about the bike.
I would given the bike 5 stars but I feel nothing is perfect and could always be improved one way or another, for me it was a personal preference I would of preferred more clear instructions and possible the tyres to have been pumped fully as that took some serious arm work. My son who is 18 loves it for his transport to and from places and is very happy so all in all a good bike and service.

It took longer than was promised to deliver the bike. After I had to out the bike together and the tools given are not the best quality, I had to use my own. On the first use one of the pedals fell off, not something I had to put on there, they were already attached. After the pedal fell off I had to walk home. During this walk the chain fell off four times. The chain is connected to the rear wheel and again, not something I had to attach. Then the thing you put your foot on broke in the middle. I'm really disapointed in the experience as the bike itself is ok. When it was not breaking in the middle of the road it was great. It is just disapointing that it broke so many times on elements I had no influence over obviously factory error. I would not recommend their bikes as I had to spend about €100 to get it repaired within about 2 weeks of getting the bike.
