Cheaper than others but battery doesn’t of eScooter does not last long as advertised.

I have bought a fat bike and received by a reasonable shipment cost and Shipment time. Well packed preserves every simple tiles. %80 of it was ready but you have to fix Arranging front break was little bit difficult but it is ok. With the amount you pay and what you receive is exact meaning of customer satisfaction. But if you wait a very high quality bike, it will cause a dissepointment

Bought a Bike from this company and very disappointed. Have had my bike for just over a month and already things are starting to break. My bike also arrived with parts missing I emailed the customer service and they offered me a 10£ refund or said i could contact them again in 30 days when the part is in stock. When i followed up they ignored me

I bought a Hummer 01 on the official Helliot Bikes website. The product was shipped to Italy about three weeks after the order, perfectly packaged, with all the components functioning, with complete and simple assembly instructions. The bicycle is solid, of excellent materials and aesthetically perfect and I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend Helliot bikes for the wide range and quality of the products, as well as for the speed and accuracy of shipments.

Bike hummer 01 also arrived earlier than expected, in good condition. Just a scratch but not very visible. Good purchase and excellent value for money

The delivery took a little longer than I had hoped for, but Covid 19 had something to do with that.
The bikes are great and really good value.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not have the correct delivery instructions on my parcel, and it was returned to sender. When I contacted them, I was asked to pay for the postage again, which I refused. I then asked for a refund, which has not been processed for more than 4 weeks. The customer service responds in broken English that does not make sense. I still can't get my money back.

Contact the company after WEEKS of buying a bike and was passively informed that for some reason they were unable to send it to me (DK). They said the refund was issued and until, now (2 months) have not received the refurnd.

They do not have a telephone for customer service and the whatsapp people are not very helpful.

A few months ago I acquired a Helliot Urban Bike (Light Seed IV). The bike and its components for the price I paid are fair. The perfect delivery and on time even in the period of confinement !! I feel that some components are of very low quality wheels with warps, ungreased and hardened joints and poor paint finishes. For assembly and commissioning I had to make some home arrangements at home to make them look good. The end result is quite satisfied and I hope it lasts for a long time!

We bought a e kick scooter and in a couple of months the front steerer broke. We were very lucky that nothing happened with my daughter who drove the e kick scooter, however the product was broken and we can not use it anymore. After reaching out to Helliot Bikes; no excuses or solution; we could buy a new frame; that was the services. So in conclusion: the product is of poor quality and the service is none existing. Please don’t buy at Helliot Bike is my advise.

I have to say i was doubtful since the reviews differ so much but I for my part am super happy with my new SoHo Fixie from Helliot Bikes! It looks exactly like on the pictures, was rather quickly delivered (within a week from Spain to the Netherlands) and the quality is really good for the price. Sure, the instructions are in Spanish and not the greatest, so I had to look up some Youtube instructions to be able to finish it. I can recommend it!

Worst company, awful product!
Their customer service are deceptive, they don't provide any real support just BS.
They sent me a defected e-bike that I couldn't fix and asked me to send it back to them for a return, I went through their whole process in good order, only so they could reject it from the delivery company, so it got sent back to me in worst condition and missing pieces.

If anyone is interested in suing them or filing a complaint, let's team up together and do something about it!

I've got the helliot mountain bike about a month ago and it's been working really well since then. It was a bit hard to put together as it did not have an instructions book and all the pieces came separately but as soon as I've figured out and put them all together all I had left to do was pump the tyres and I was ready to go. I have been riding it to work 1 h a day and I can say it's been really easy and fun.Really recommended for everyone !
