Safe yourself some grief and buy a bike elsewhere. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. No attempt to resolve customer grievances.

Was sent a faulty crank arm. During assembly the pedal only caught the threading once halfway into the hole. Due to this there isn’t enough support on the screw and on both my first and second ride the right pedal fell out. If this had been on a busy road it could have caused an accident! The part I was sold is unsafe.

A second fault was the the crankset was fitted incorrectly in the factory, so the chainwheel had scraped against the frame.

I told helliot my issues and they blamed the first issue on me and the second they didn’t bother acknowledging.

The company has made no effort in helping a paying customer and their lack of accountability is appauling. Also, judging by the similar reviews I’ve seen, this is their business model.

I will never spend money with Helliot again and wouldn’t advise anyone else to. I now have to spend over my budget to fix a sub-standard product.

UPDATE: Took the bike to a specialist bike mechanic to check out the cost of repairing the crankset, turns out Helliot had fitted the wrong bottom bracket for this type of bike in the first place, along with that I had buckled front wheel after only two 5min rides. I again contacted Helliot, they've ignored my calls and emails ever since. I even contacted the European Commission ODR as stated on their website and lodged a complaint. They also ignored that for over 30 days. I got this bike on June 6th, it's now 23rd July 2020 and the bike has been left in my front room rendered useless until this whole saga is finished.

I am very pleased with my new electric helliot urban bike, It’s very nice , good quality (aluminium frame, and good materials) . It’s very fast as well more than I expected . Delivery took 3 weeks to arrive to London from Spain in perfect conditions.
My only cons: is heavier compared with a normal non-electric bike and when the battery runs out is tougher to pedal..

Absolutely shocking experience with this company, placed the order then realised there was a review saying there was no safety stamp on them, so I messaged the company who just said 'don't worry you will get a good bike' 48 hour delivery turned into 10 days (which may be because they ship from Spain so maybe they should update there shipping info) when it arrived I was left no shipping note probably due to Corona virus restrictions and when I lifted the bike out of the already damaged box (bubble wrap had been wrapped round the external to hide the damaged box) there was very little protection on the frame which was scratched, marked, chipped and even the helliot sticker had blistered and slightly peeled. Also when I tried it for size I noticed the seat post was shorter than advertised making the bike to small for me and the front disk brake was very tight to the fork.
I emailed the company straight away as you only have a short window to report damage who basically said the disk must be installed wrong and that they would give me a 10 euro refund so I could buy a tin of spray paint, I replied and explained it would be impossible to get a colour match and because of the amount of dmg it would be a spotty bike which wasn't what I paid for and that wasn't acceptable and they basically said without a shipping note they couldn't offer anything else. I explained the driver didn't even wait for my signature let alone give me any paper work and that was 3 weeks ago with no reply. I messaged the company on Facebook who told me to send an email but nothing back for 3 weeks. Absolutely appalling now I'm stuck with an unsafe, cosmetically damaged, too small bike!

Took longer than expected to arrive bit of a problem with communication by e mail slow in response but bike came easy to built happy with end result

I am very pleased with my new fat bike. The delivery took longer to arrive, but it was expected, given the current circumstances. The tracking number wasn't provided at the point of purchase, but given by return after querying with customer services.
We have put it together using instructions we have found online. It was pretty straight forward without any issues. Bike rides well. Only downside is that I'm not able to use lowest settings on gears.

I bought the Bangkok bike. The look of it was amazing. It took a few weeks to arrive which can be expected when it came from Spain and was during the covid pandemic. The bike was real easy to assemble the only issue was the front forks were slightly bent out of shape but after a little bit of persuasion the front wheel went on. The bike is lovely to ride and excellent value for money.

My grandson waited patiently for weeks for his new helliot bankok bike after his pride and joy other bike was stolen from our shed. He has severe bronchial Asthma and part of his daily routine is riding his bike for half an hour or riding about 5 miles to keep his airwaves healthy and open ...however when it arrived it wasnt fit for riding as his front brake was broke when we unpacked it , and his lower derailer was bent and not working ....we had to pay for a new brake system and mend the lower gear derailer , but the blue itself was a lovely bike and afterca further 2 weeks whilst we had it mended he couldn't ride it

I bought the Light Seed VII black and gold last week. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the box was covered in holes. When I unwrapped the bike it was scratched all over also some essential parts had holes in them. I contacted Helliot bike company stating the problems and they replied saying “The bike was scratched due to me putting it together.” I emailed them back stating it was already scratched and I would like some sort of compensation but they haven’t replied. Poor customer service on their part!

Bike arrived damaged tried calling and emailing. Customer service none existent an long delivery time

I ordered a light seeds. It came pretty fast With all accessories. I built it quickly and i had just some trouble with the breaks ( just because I don’t have the right tools). The bike is very nice and light. The weakness of the bike is the single gear and the handle bar it is very small, but other than that is great!

I bought this bike for my son to use during the Covid-19 pandemic. Once it arrived he was over the moon. The colour is great and quality of the overall bike is really good. Easy to put together and set up. He has used it nearly every day since getting it and no issues at all. Slight tightening of bolts and nuts required but that’s expected of any bike. All in all I would recommend this to anyone after a good value bike.

It is a very pretty bycicle but not of a very high quality. As there is no booklet included it is difficult to assemble it.

best one ever scooter goes over 30km an hour

Buy with confidence. I bought a road bike model Helliot GOA 7.0. The bike arrived a few days after the order. The bike is well made and the components are solid. I had some difficulty assembling it, but the price is worth the purchase. Recommended.

Poeple this side is a scamm if you dont wont problems STAY AWAY FROM HELLIOT-bike. Go surche for another side if you dont wont to be desappointed I repeatt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP

Bought an electric scooter 3cweeksxago still no I have not recieved it. I messaged them on WhatsApp over 2 weeks ago and was told the scooter was not in stock, (well why wasn't j informed when I placed the order?).
Last week I messaged them again and was told the scooter was in stock and will be posted to me last week. I am yet to receive it and its been over 3 weeks now. I sent a message yesterday no reply. This us very unprofessional and I am giving the run around. I WANT MY FULL REFUND. So disappointed

Update.

Finally recieved the scoote (over 3weeks later) after emails and messages sent. Scooter quality is 7/10 but I dare not send it back as I will not get my money back.
I will Not shop here again, my first and last time

I bought helliot hummer 01. It took less than 2 weeks to come to UK. Had no problems with communication either and always answered to my questions. I have no problems with bicycle and it looks great and drives smoothly. Can't ask anything better for the price. Thank you Helliot!
