I've ordered a bicycle from Helliot Bikes this year and it was delivered to Prague pretty quick. The communication with the team was perfect. There wasn't any assembly manual in the package. I've asked for it and got it via e-mail the same day. The bicycle is quite reliable and I'm using it on daily basis. Great product for reasonable money!

Allright to be honest, the negative reviews about helliot was enough for me to cancel my initial purchase.

I've known about customer service for years, and to be truthfull, helliot bikes could do more to give customers a feeling that they're dealing with a legit business.

That being said. I ordered the Soho Fixie bike. It got delivered surprisingly fast (on the note that I initially cancelled). It also arrived with a visible hole in the box.
Whose to blame?

Anyway after a couple of days I decided to keep the bike.
Yes its not the absolute top of the line racing bike, but for this price it's probably the best price quality that you can get.
The assembly took me a while by the way because there were no clear instructions (in English).

But after successfully assembling my bike I have to say that I'm pleased with my order.
That doesn't mean that Helliot bikes could definitely work on their customer support and after sale though.
Just because I'm pleased with my product and am taking the lack of customer care for granted shouldn't mean that you have to follow my lead.
If you care a lot about customer care and the feeling that you're dealing with a legit smooth operating machine, then you'll probably not get the greatest satisfaction from Helliot.

However if you're a person that cares about a reasonable product that has a fair price/quality and you don't have a deadline, or need top of the line customer care? Yeah, than Helliot is probably a good enough choice.

In the end the choice is yours. I for one hope that Helliot will work on their customer satisfaction a bit. Cause they have some really good looking bikes.

Ordered a Helliot Sertao Fatbike. Understand that it took a while for it to arrive but there was no updates from the company. When they shipped it they did not inform me of the shipping number for tracking purposes (which their website claims they do). Once I received the bike and put it together the rear suspension had so much wobble in it I took it to a local bike technician to have it looked at. The consensus was that it was not repairable and very unsafe to ride (which I agreed with). I contacted Helliot bikes, sent pictures and received no reply. Finally I received a reply and I informed them that I just wanted a refund and they told me that was not their policy. They sent me a link outlining their return policy. The return policy states I have 14 days to return their bike if I am not satisfied. i returned the bike right away. I paid for shipping to return it. Helliot Bikes refused delivery of this bike 3 times!! Then they sent me an email threatening me with legal action. I told them time and time again that DHL was trying to deliver and they kept refusing shipment. I was trying to return bike. It was a nightmare all around. I had to contact my bank for this fraud and contacted my lawyer. All this for a cheap 300euro bike. Kind of sad they do not even know their own policy. Do not buy from this company, horrible cheap bikes made in china and horrible customer service that uses intimidation to steal your money. Buyer beware!!!

The fat bike I got off helliot bike is great .. it is well built a great ride and a head turner .. also the company is always there to answer any questions..5 stats from me

Bici scatto FIXIE SOHO 01 comprata dal sito Helliot Bikes nell'agosto 2019. Arrivata con telaio graffiato, copertoni e camere forati, manubrio montato al contrario. Contattati hanno risposto che i copertoni e le camere sono in vendita in qualsiasi negozio. Nessuna assistenza! In seguito è stato necessario cambiare pinze freni e catena poiché scadenti e subito rotti. In conclusione, acquisto sconsigliato!

FIXIE SOHO 01 bike purchased from the Helliot Bikes website in August 2019. Arrived with a scratched frame, tires and chamberes perforated, handlebar mounted upside down. Contacted replied that the wheels are on sale in any store. No assistance! Later it was necessary to change the brake and chain as they were poor and immediately broken. In conclusion, purchase not recommended!

Absoloutley love the design but let down by broken part and bad design on the back wheel suspension as it's only held on by one bush and connected to the spring, could do with another connection before the spring to stop the back wheel wobbling. Also let down by customer service, I understand due to covid 19 lockdown businesses are closed but somebody could still mannage the emails and facebook, emailed them and facebook messengered them for a replacement bush and have had nothing back at all from them, not even we have received your email and will send out the part when we can.... nothing., I've had this bike for months now and not been able to use it at all.

I bought a Helliot Bangkok. Worst bike I have ever had. Delivery took two weeks. When it came I struggled to put it together. Took it to a specialist who said it was unsafe as the forks were cut too small. Brakes are terrible. The front part of the frame bends when I get on it. I tried to speak to Helliot about a refund and they sent me some new forks. I hate the bike wish I never got it.
Terrible customer service not helpful at all. I want to send it back but to send it will cost me as much as the bike is worth and they will not refund it.
I will be going to trading standards.
Do not buy from here!!

I would avoid this company and their bikes like the plague!
I bought my Fixie bike from them and built it, all ok so far.
But when I took the bike to my reputable local cyclist repairer to check it over, they said they wouldn't touch it with a "bargepole". In fact they said if they did work on and I had a crash, they would be liable. The main reason was the welding of the frame was poor with holes and could break under any pressure.
Also the brakes were poorly laid out and not guaranteed to work.
I also pointed out to Helliot that there was no Safety Assurance mark on the bike, that there should be by EU law.
When I informed the company of all this, they denied there was any problem and wouldn't give me any refund. They just said what do you expect from a cheap bike, which I agree it is but you still expect it to be safe!
So personally I would not recommend you buying a cheap Chinese import from Helliot if you value your life.

Absolutely awesome.. I love it

I bought a Helliot Urban (folding bike), and I love it !
It's a very solid bike and easy to handle.
It can reach a very high speed and looks very cool.
Now with the lockdown, I go for a ride on my bike, just for fun.
Not five stars, because I had to adjust the brakes and the mudguard, when it came out of the box.
And the gears are not very handy, when you use the bike without the engine.

A tip to the builders of this bike: give the bike shock absorbers
and you create the perfect bike.

Excellent vehicle. Fast, light, portable with the folding features for the frame, handle bar and back wheel.
I ride mine all the time.

The elctric scooter Helliot Design Pro is a very good piece of technology. It is very confortable, relatively light, goes quite fast (peaks 21 Km/h), and the battery can last, for real, 15 km.
Overall, the product is good and solid. It only has the following problems:
1. The charger is very noisy, and takes a long time to recharge the battery completely (5 hours).
2. The tires were down and I had to go to a tire repaires to inflate them.
3. The brakes were too loose, and I had to tighten them manually.
4. The mechanism to refold the scooter requires the strength of Hercules and Hulk, together.

Fab product at the best price we could find online. Delivery was quick and simple.

I ordered the Oslo mountain bike and it arrived in the time frame stated. Unfortunately It arrived with some chips to the paint work.
The bike is nice and light, the gears and suspension work well.
The seat is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on. But they don't cost much to replace with a new one.
Overall for the money it's a pretty good bike.

I purchased 2 identical folding bikes arrived on time couple of issues we have had with the bikes brakes squeaking very loudly, wheels misaligned same issues on both bikes not very impressed as have to spend money to rectify the problems.

Came on time,but!
I saw with my own eyes the delivery guy banging trying to open the door like he didn't care.
Had scratches (and it's a big shame since I got a colourful one)
The brakes are literally useless and pedaling makes some weird noises and lagging(think it's the back wheel bit crooked)

bought fat bike and would say the quality is not great. Arrived just after a week from order date, tracking info was useful.
Bike had several scratches & a dent from poor packing and shipping. Got a 10 gbp refund to cover cost of paint spray !
Bike rides ok once I re-aligned the gear change mechanism & seems reasonably stable.
I guess for the price it was a reasonable buy.

Order a Fixie came quickly and on time.
No issues with bike frame only issue was the instructions are in Spanish so it can be difficult to read.
Excited to go for a ride.
