Absolute bottom feeder delivery…
Absolute bottom feeder delivery service.
Usually just throws parcel over my 7 foot garden gate regardless.
Cannot get through to 'right dept' to complain - wonder if anyone does manage?
Starting to vet suppliers and if they use Hermes will not continue with transaction.
No Delivery and Invalid Barcode
Received a delivery notice from Hermes stating that they have left my parcel in a safe place - Back Gate. Have checked and nothing has been delivered. Tried to track the parcel using the 8 digit barcode number only to find that it is invalid. This could be a scam to check whether I am at home or not. Extremely difficult to speak to someone as the telephone number provided does not allow you to, despite their website claim of "friendly customer service available from 8AM-6PM." Absolutely rubbish courier service and haven't got a clue what is supposed to have been delivered as I was not expecting anything
Utterly rubbish
Utterly rubbish. Supposedly tried to deliver the parcel and nobody was home. I was definitely in for days and nobody rang the bell. Maybe they assume I sit in the window watching out for the courier. There's no way to contact the courier exept landline number that nobody bothers to answer. After over a week I was informed that I supposedly requested to send the parcel back to the sender. I wasted plenty of time waiting, I'm out of patience and two weeks later still got no parcel. Will never use again. Not worth the hassle.
Useless

My last two deliveries from them have been awful
The first was 10 days late after they told the supplier the parcel was lost
For the second I have had 3 delivery dates and times and it has not turned up
The internet trader (Chain Reaction Cycles) should take heed of this as it tarnishes their reputation

Received a text at 6:15 to say delivery time between 6-8pm, I'm going back to my shop where the parcel is getting delivered; waiting for hrs to the get a text to say delivery cancelled! 🙄 What a waste of time!!

I'm on day 3 of my next day delivery but I'm not surprised at all with this company...the drivers are rude and dont even give you time to answer the door...they delivered my bridesmaid dresses in the summer time while i was sat in the back garden i seen my package been thrown over my gate I could believe my eyes! What a s#%t company I dont understand how they get so many contracts...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Courier finds it easier to return parcel than deliver
I sent a parcel to a flat in Glasgow City centre. The parcel was not delivered and was returned to me. The person I sent it to was in at the times they claimed to 'attempt' delivery. On no occasion was a card left. Some Hermes couriers decide not to deliver as the address is not easily accessible and it is easier to tick attempted and return it. Hermes do not refund postage yet they have no proof of attempting to deliver. This has happened on a few occasions to me and it is always a city centre address. I will not use Hermes any more.
Hermes and retail fashion contracts...beware who you shop with.
Unfortunately this company seems to have picked up a lot of retail contracts, including but not exclusively M&M Direct. As much as I think the Hermes service is very poor, I think it is just as much fault of its retail corporation customers who pay for Hermes services and worse still end up defending the low standards!
Personally I will never use M&M Direct again as they use Hermes who have failed to deliver a package by way of return in 7 working days...7 days?! It is 2019 not 1919!!
If you shop online for fashion regularly and by nature need to return goods, make sure you know which courier the retailer uses before placing your order in the first place...if it is Hermes the return may never get back to the retailer and you may end up fighting a losing battle to get your money back or replacement goods.
Hermes...do you ever look at your rating and wonder if you could do better?
They have my parcel - Will they deliver?
They have my parcel - They just won't deliver it, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone. They tried to deliver it ONCE, then it went to their depot. Where it has sat for 10 days. I cannot get them to attempt to redeliver, as they will only talk about the parcel with the supplier, who is a equally as useless. Time to invoke DSR and get a refund - they can then shove the parcel where the sun doesn't shine, but I doubt they would even achieve that.

They employ misogynistic men who insult, shout out and mock their wives in the car even when the MEN make a mistake.
One of the delivery drivers has pushed me out the way recently without saying a word, when I opened the door for him.
Whenever I order online and I get an…
Whenever I order online and I get an email to say it will be delivered by Hermes my heart sinks. I’d say for the past two/three years I’ve used companies that use them, and rarely have I got good service. Lost parcels, late delivery times or items having been said they’ve been delivered when they really haven’t.
The last straw come last week when I got an email from Hermes saying my parcel had been delivered but there had been no knock at the door. Luckily I opened the email as soon as I got it so I looked out the window to see the driver just walking back to the car. Looking further at the email the driver had actually taken a photo of my bin outside and he’d just left it in there, didn’t even attempt to knock. I was in all day.
The drivers have got lazier and ruder and act as if they’re not being paid to deliver your items. I also do not get texts or emails anymore to give me a delivery slot so on my day off from work I’m waiting in all day like a fool.
How can a company with this many bad reviews still be able to run? And why do so many big retailers use them? I’m going to be more careful now with who I order from as I’m not paying for service this bad anymore. I’d also like to add trying to complain to Hermes itself is absolutely pointless and I’ve found going to the retailer you bought from is your best bet.

Day 10 of next day delivery and still no parcel.
Worst delivery company ever
Avoid at all costs
I sent a package to Germany, which Hermes says the consignee refused to accept. The consignee says that they didn't - why would they turn away business? The package was last recorded on 17th October a depot, since when there is no trace. Hermes tells me that it takes 6-8 weeks for a package to be returned and won't entertain a claim for a lost package. However their terms and conditions say that they won't entertain claims later than 28 days after they accept the parcel. This will end up in court, but in the meantime, my advice is to avoid Hermes (the trading name) or Parcel2Go (the company) at all costs.

Fraudulently signing
So far hermes have failed or forged signature for 16 deliveries. I have tried contacting customer services to assist driver to find my address. To find out where things are being delivered however they are refusing to take details or to help.
I have again today had my signature forged and am having to spend my time getting refunds from companies who are now losing money due to poor service from a courier company.
DO NOT use this 'company'.
Please, please avoid this shoddy company.
Never trust them with your parcels, they WILL at some point get lost.
They've failed me countless times, I now vow to NEVER use this company ever again.
I will also inform everyone I know that may use this company to go elsewhere. Absolutely awful.
Terrible
Terrible, terrible and terrible. I have no words to describe how bad this service is....just read the comments and note the 94% dissatisfaction rate!!
I don't understand how this is legal...
Just cancelled an order from Amazon *meant to be* delivered by Hermes that is 3 days late and counting with no explanation whatsoever. My refund will likely arrive before the parcel does and honestly I'm not surprised, considering my other (just as bad if not, worse) experiences with Hermes. I don't understand how this company is legally allowed to keep providing this service despite the ridiculous mismanagement of property. Added to the fact that Amazon customer service had paragraphs of apologies concerning Hermes' service ready to send within minutes of my call, it means they're well aware if the issue and likely aren't ready (or bothered) to do anything about it. As many as have already commented, if I could give 0 I would.

Parcel not signed for, just left on doorstep
OMG, how hard is it to actually speak to someone? I have just been notified that my parcel has been signed for..... by whom? I have been in all day, no knock on the door or ring of the doorbell. I checked and my parcel is there and has been now for a couple of hours.
I have tried calling and going through you pr website, to be told to contact my retailer. I want to talk to you, Hermes about your drivers process and delivery instructions. Please reply
